    Abstract: The display device includes a substrate including first and second sub pixels, a first electrode patterned in each of the first and second sub pixels on the substrate, a first emission layer in each of the first and second sub pixels on the first electrode to emit first colored light, a second electrode in each of the first and second sub pixels on the first emission layer, a second emission layer on the second electrode to emit second colored light, and a third electrode on the second emission layer. The first electrode of the first sub pixel is relatively larger than the first electrode of the second sub pixel, the first electrode of the first sub pixel is electrically connected with the second electrode of the first sub pixel, and the first electrode of the second sub pixel is insulated from the second electrode of the second sub pixel.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a display device with integrated touch screen, in which a touch sensing layer is provided on an encapsulation layer without forming a separate insulation layer, and thus, an increase in thickness caused by the touch sensing layer is minimized. The display device with integrated touch screen includes a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed on a substrate, a black matrix disposed on the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes, and a plurality of bridge electrodes on the black matrix, the plurality of bridge electrodes disposed to electrically connect the plurality of first touch electrodes. The plurality of bridge electrodes are connected to the plurality of first touch electrodes through a plurality of contact holes passing through the black matrix, respectively.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display apparatus can include forming a transistor on a substrate; forming a planarization film having a lower contact hole on the transistor; forming a connection electrode electrically connected with the transistor through the lower contact hole on the planarization film; and forming an insulating film having a contact hole on the planarization film on which the connection electrode is patterned.
