Abstract: One embodiment relates to a next generation wireless communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4th generation (4G) wireless communication system. According to one embodiment, a method for transmitting and receiving signals in a wireless communication system and a device supporting same may be provided, and another embodiment may be provided. A sequence generator related to generation of signals in a wireless communication system may be initialized on the basis of an OAM state of OAM-based communication. In addition, communication of the signals may be performed on the basis of the OAM-based communication.
