摘要: A shaping apparatus for a pouch-shaped battery case includes a punch configured to press a laminate sheet in order to shape an electrode assembly receiving portion of the pouch-shaped battery case, a die in which an accommodation portion is formed having a size corresponding to the electrode assembly receiving portion, a holder configured to fix an outer periphery of the laminate sheet, and an electromagnetic field-generating means attached to the punch and configured to generate an electromagnetic field. A pouch-shaped battery case shaping process uses the shaping apparatus to manufacture the pouch-shaped battery case.

摘要: The present invention provides a heatsink, which is coupled to a pack tray, on which a plurality of secondary batteries are mounted, and comprises an inlet and an outlet so that cooling water is introduced into and discharged from a chamber therein, the heatsink comprising: a dimple convexly protruding to the inside of the chamber to form a flow path of the cooling water, wherein the dimple is provided in plurality, and the plurality of dimples are spaced apart from each other, wherein the dimples are disposed so that a gap between the dimples adjacent to each other in a specific area and a gap between the dimples adjacent to each other in the other area are different from each other.
In the present invention having the above-described constituents, the gap between the dimples may vary to prevent deformation and bending in the specific direction.-

摘要: The present invention relates to a battery cell that can include an electrode assembly configured with two or more unit stacks connected to each other in series or in parallel, a battery case configured to receive the electrode assembly therein, and an insulative protection member configured to protect an electrode tab portion of the unit stacks. The overall length of the battery case can be three or more times the overall width of the battery case. A positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead can extend outwards from the battery case protruding in opposite directions. A plurality of unit stacks can be used to implement a long battery cell, and a connection portion at which the plurality of unit stacks are connected is reinforced to improve safety of the battery cell.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a battery module including a busbar structure for adhesion with an electrode lead. The battery module can include a battery cell stack having a plurality of stacked battery cells, electrode leads protruding from the battery cell stack, a busbar electrically connected to the electrode leads, and a busbar frame on which the busbar is mounted. The busbar can be formed of a tongs part and a fixing part for connecting and fixing the tongs part. The electrode leads can be mounted between the tongs part of the busbar. The battery module can be manufactured through the steps of mounting a busbar in an opening part of a busbar frame, inserting an electrode lead between the tongs part of the busbar, closely adhering the busbar and the electrode lead through a jig, and removing the jig.

摘要: A battery case shaping apparatus includes a punch, a die, a holder, and an elastic separator. The punch is configured to press a laminate sheet into a shape of an electrode assembly receiving portion. The die has formed therein an accommodation portion having a size corresponding to the electrode assembly receiving portion. The holder is configured to fix the an outer periphery of the laminate sheet. The elastic separator is located under the punch in order to prevent direct contact between the punch and the laminate sheet. A battery case manufacturing process uses the battery case shaping apparatus to manufacture a battery case.
