Abstract: An electric heater includes a substrate, an inner pattern part, and an outer pattern part positioned outside the inner pattern part and spaced apart from the inner pattern part. The inner pattern part includes a plurality of inner tracks spaced apart from each other and a plurality of inner bridges that connect the plurality of inner tracks to each other in series. The outer pattern part includes a plurality of outer tracks spaced apart from each other and a plurality of outer bridges that connect the plurality of outer tracks to each other in series. A length of one or more of the plurality of inner tracks is longer than a length of each of the plurality of the outer tracks.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, and a non-oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured thereby, and the method for manufacturing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: (a) reheating a steel slab comprising 0.05 wt % or less of C, 1.0-3.5 wt % of Si, 0.2-0.6 wt % of Al, 0.02-0.20 wt % of Mn, 0.01-0.20 wt % of P, 0.01 wt % or less of S, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, and then performing hot rolling on same; (b) performing hot rolling annealing heat-treatment and pickling on a hot rolled steel sheet; (c) performing cold rolling on the pickled steel sheet; (d) performing insulation coating on the cold rolled steel sheet, and then processing same; and (e) performing final heat treatment by heating, soaking and cooling the processed steel sheet, wherein soaking process is maintained and carried out at a temperature of 850° C. or higher for 1-30 minutes, and thus the deterioration of an insulation coating layer is inhibited while magnetic properties are improved.

Abstract: An electric heater includes a substrate, and a plane heating element that is located at a surface of the substrate and that includes a pattern portion having a start point and an end point that are connected to each other. The pattern portion includes a plurality of tracks that are spaced apart from one another, that have an arc shape, and that are arranged at positions from an inner side of the pattern portion to an outer side of the pattern portion, where lengths of the plurality of tracks increase from the inner side to the outer side. The plurality of tracks include at least two tracks that are arranged respectively about a first center of curvature and a second center of curvature that is different from the first center of curvature.
