摘要: Provided is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having a film that is effective for the magnetic properties of the steel sheet and particularly effective for iron loss reduction and has favorable adhesion. In a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, an insulating film partially enters into a steel substrate to form an anchor part, a depth of the anchor part from the surface of the steel substrate is 3.5 μm or less, and a number of neck parts of 5 μm2 or less in area is 0.06/μm2 or less and a number of neck parts of 10 μm2 to 40 μm2 in area is 0.005/μm2 or more and 0.011/μm2 or less, where each neck part is a remaining part of the insulating film on the surface of the steel substrate when peeling the insulating film from the steel substrate in a bend test for the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet.

摘要: Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and its method of manufacture are provided. The method includes a process of heating to 1280° C. or more and hot rolling a slab containing, by mass %, Bi and a predetermined composition of constituents and having a balance of Fe and impurities to obtain hot rolled steel sheet. After hot rolling annealing, the hot rolled steel sheet is cold rolled one time or more with process annealing performed interposed so as to obtain cold rolled steel sheet, followed by a process of rapidly heating then decarburization annealing the steel sheet, a process of coating the surface of the cold rolled steel sheet after decarburization annealing with an annealing separator comprising sulfates or sulfides and having MgO as its main constituent, then performing finish annealing, a process of performing strictly controlled finish annealing, and a process of coating an insulating coating, then performing flattening annealing.

摘要: To provide a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with good processing accuracy in rounding while maintaining excellent magnetic properties, and a producing method thereof. Disclosed is the method including: subjecting a steel material to heating to 1300° C. or higher and hot rolling, subjecting the resulting sheet directly, or after subjection to hot-rolled sheet annealing, to at least two cycles of cold rolling with intermediate annealing therebetween, decarburization annealing, application of an annealing separator to a surface of the sheet, final annealing, in which maximum arrival temperatures in the first and second cycles of the cold rolling satisfy a predetermined relation, total rolling reductions in the first and second cycles of the cold rolling satisfy a predetermined relation, and in the final annealing, an average heating rates in temperature ranges from 50° C. to 1000° C. and from 1000° C. to (maximum arrival temperature—50° C.) satisfy a predetermined relation.

摘要: To provide a method of producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet whereby greater purification of an inhibitor-strengthening element can be promoted by improvement of an annealing separator and, as a result, iron loss can be effectively improved. The annealing separator contains 1 to 10 parts by mass of a composite oxide, relative to 100 parts by mass of MgO, the composite oxide containing at least one selected from a Group 1: Fe, Mn, Al and Ca, and at least one of a Group 2: Zr, Ta, Mo and Nb.

摘要: This grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a base steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition, a glass coating formed on the base steel sheet, and a tension-applied insulation coating formed on the glass coating, on a front surface of the base steel sheet, a plurality of linear strains that extend continuously or intermittently in a direction intersecting with a rolling direction are present, intervals p in the rolling direction of the plurality of linear strains adjacent to each other are 3.0 to 9.0 mm, widths of the linear strains are 10 to 250 μm, and, in an X-ray topographic spectrum in a range of 1.50 mm in the rolling direction that is obtained from an X-ray topographic image of the front surface and includes the linear strain at a center, a full width at half maximum of a peak of the X-ray topographic spectrum including a maximum value of a spectral intensity is 0.02 mm or more and 0.10 mm or less.

摘要: In a production of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising hot rolling a raw steel material, cold rolling, decarburization annealing, applying an annealing separator composed mainly of MgO, finish annealing and magnetic domain subdividing, the annealing separator including certain compounds, and the finish annealing conducted by holding the steel sheet at a temperature of 800 to 950° C. for 10 to 100 hours and passing a dry gas containing not less than 1 vol % of H2 and having a dew point of not higher than 10° C. to reach a furnace pressure of not less than 3.5 mmH2O from not lower than 1050° C. to a purification treatment temperature, so that a pickling weight loss of undercoat film by pickling with HCl is not more than 1.8 g/m2 and the total concentration of Sn, Sb, Mo, and W on a boundary face between the film and iron matrix is 0.01 to 0.15 mass %.

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises predetermined linear grooves, wherein in each linear groove, a proportion of predetermined flat portions to an entire length of the linear groove is 30% or more and 90% or less, the number of flat portions each of which is continuous for a predetermined length is 10 or more per 100 cm2 surface area, and a ratio of ten-point average roughness Rzjis to average depth D is 0.1 or more and 1 or less.
