Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include an oil supply hole penetrating from an oil passage to an outer circumferential surface of a rotating shaft, and an oil supply groove communicating with the oil supply hole and formed along the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft. The oil supply groove may be provided in plurality axially spaced apart by a preset distance. This can prevent the oil supply groove from invading an oil film section and increase centrifugal force against oil in the oil supply groove, thereby suppressing friction loss and wear between a main frame and the rotating shaft.

Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided that may include a communication hole that penetrates from a side surface of a non-orbiting scroll adjacent to a discharge side to a thrust bearing surface between the non-orbiting scroll and an orbiting scroll, and a decompression member having a radial sectional area smaller than a radial sectional area of the communication hole and inserted into the communication hole. A refrigerant discharged to a discharge space may be introduced to a suction space through the passage between the communication hole and the decompression member, thereby preventing a high vacuum state of a compression chamber, and a refrigerant passing through the communication hole may be decompressed during a normal operation to restrain leakage of the refrigerant to the thrust bearing surface between the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll, thus increasing compression efficiency.

Abstract: An electric compressor is disclosed. An electric compressor includes an oil separating member to effectively separate oil mixed in a compressed refrigerant. The oil separating member includes a compression guide part and an exhaust guide part. The oil mixed in the compressed refrigerant is separated by colliding with the compression guide part and the exhaust guide part. The compression guide part and the exhaust guide part form a refrigerant exhaust passage. The exhaust passage may have a diversified shape, such as a zigzag shape or a maze shape. The oil mixed in the compressed refrigerant is separated by its own weight while flowing through the exhaust passage. Accordingly, oil separation efficiency of the electric compressor can be improved.

Abstract: A motor operated compressor according to the present invention has a driving motor having a stator and a rotor. A rotation shaft of the motor is coupled to the rotor. The compressor also has a frame, a fixed scroll positioned on one side of the frame, and an orbiting scroll supported on the frame and positioned between the fixed scroll and the frame. The fixed scroll forms a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll. The driving motor, the fixed scroll, the orbiting scroll, and the frame are positioned within a casing of the compressor. The rotation shaft rotatably passes through the fixed scroll and the frame and is to eccentrically coupled to the orbiting scroll, allowing the orbiting scroll to perform an orbiting motion relative to the fixed scroll. One end portion of the rotation shaft is supported by the fixed scroll while the other end is supported by the casing.
