摘要: A deblocking filtering method, a boundary strength (bS) deriving method, and encoding/decoding method and apparatus using the methods are provided. The bS deriving method includes the steps of: deriving a boundary of a deblocking filtering unit block which is a unit block on which deblocking filtering is performed; and setting a bS for each bS setting unit block in the deblocking filtering unit block. Here, the step of setting the bS includes setting a bS value of a target boundary corresponding to the boundary of the deblocking filtering unit block as the bS setting unit block.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for processing a video signal, which can increase the accuracy of the motion vector prediction through motion vector scaling which takes a difference in the temporal distance between reference pictures into consideration. To this end, the present invention provides a video signal processing method and a video signal processing apparatus using the same, and the method comprises the steps of: scaling at least one neighboring partition motion vector for a motion vector prediction of the current partition; scaling the neighboring partition motion vector, which has been selected, when the reference picture of the neighboring partition motion vector is different from the reference picture of the current partition; acquiring a motion vector prediction value of the current partition using the scaled motion vector; and acquiring a motion vector of the current partition using the motion vector prediction value.

摘要: An image decoding method according to the present invention includes: receiving information on a set of reference pictures for configuring a set of reference pictures of a current picture, wherein the information on the set of reference pictures includes the most significant bit (MSB) information that may calculate the MSB of the picture order count (POC) of a long-term reference picture relative to the current picture, and flag information that represents whether there is MSB information; and eliciting the set of reference pictures by using received MSB information when the flag information is 1, and performing marking on the reference picture, wherein the flag information may be 1 when a temporal sub-layer identifier is 0, and there is at least one POC value for which a remainder obtained by dividing by a maximum value MaxPicOrderCntLsb capable of being represented by the LSB is the same as the least significant bit (LSB) of the POC of the long-term reference picture, in a set of POCs of a previous picture including POC values related to the previous picture that may not be discarded without affecting whether other pictures of the same temporal layer may be decoded.

摘要: The present invention relates to an inter-layer prediction method and to an apparatus implementing the method. The method may comprise the steps of generating a first block constituted by the value obtained by up-sampling the reconstruction value of a reference block of a reference layer corresponding to the current block; generating a second block constituted by a prediction value derived from intra-prediction mode of the current block; and generating a prediction block of the current block by combining sample values of the first block and the second block. Thus, intra-prediction on the current layer can be performed using the intra-prediction mode information of another layer.
