摘要: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a process which can continuously produce microneedles using a conveyor system and decomposition or vacuum. By using the microneedle production method and apparatus according to the present disclosure, continuous mass production of microneedles is available, and therefore it is possible to reduce the input of manpower and produce a large amount of products compared to the conventional production method.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a soluble microneedle and a filler composition with an excellent anti-wrinkle effect. Using the microneedle according to the present disclosure, crosslinked hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid filler material) can be intradermally or subcutaneously administered by a simple method, and a swelling property of the crosslinked hyaluronic acid is improved after administration, thereby exhibiting the excellent anti-wrinkle effect.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a microneedle containing a coating part on a needle tip and an apparatus used for the method. When a microneedle is manufactured using the coating method and apparatus according to the present disclosure, a coating part in which a target material is impregnated can be easily inserted into skin and effective dissolution is possible. Further, the target material is allowed to show excellent skin permeability with the dissolution of the coating part of the microneedle manufactured according to the present disclosure, thereby a quantitative amount of target material can be effectively delivered into the skin.

摘要: The present invention relates to a system for administering a poorly-soluble compound to the skin, the system being capable of exerting an excellent effect by stably impregnating the poorly-soluble compound and effectively delivering the poorly-soluble compound into the skin, and the present invention is technically characterized by a microneedle to which microparticles comprising a poorly-soluble compound are added. In addition, the present invention provides a method for administering a poorly-soluble compound to the skin, the method being characterized by using the microneedle.

The present disclosure further provides a method for manufacturing a retinol administration system that reduces skin irritation, exerts effects of retinol for a long time, and ensures stability of retinol very unstable to light, wet and temperature. The present disclosure further provides a method for administering retinol into skin using the microneedle.
