摘要： The present disclosure relates to a cocktail vaccine of a recombinant African swine fever virus (ASFV) antigen and use thereof, and belongs to the field of biotechnology pharmacy. The cocktail vaccine is prepared by combination of recombinant proteins p30-modified p54, p72 epitope-N-segment amino acid sequence of pE248R, and N-terminal amino acid sequence of CD2v-C-terminal amino acid sequence of pEP153R with an adjuvant. The present disclosure provides a method for expressing and purifying the three recombinant proteins, as well as a ratio of each recombinant protein and the adjuvant for preparing the cocktail vaccine.
