    摘要: Silylated polyurethanes can be manufactured by reacting at least one polyol compound, having a molecular weight from 4000 to 20,000 dalton, with a diisocyanate, with a stoichiometric excess of the diisocyanate compound with respect to the polyol compound or compounds, with the result that a polyurethane prepolymer that is isocyanate-terminated is formed; and by subsequently reacting the polyurethane prepolymer with one or more OH-terminated silanes of formula (1) to yield a polyurethane having predominantly terminal alkoxysilyl groups. In formula (1), m is equal to 0, 1, or 2, R1 is an alkyl residue having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R2 is an alkyl residue having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R3 is a divalent organic residue having 1 to 12 atoms, selected from C, N, S, and/or O, in the chain, but by preference exclusively carbon atoms, R4 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl residue having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and R is a difunctional organic group, preferably a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
