摘要: Provided is a curable silicone composition for a release agent which can form a release film having a silicone adhesive with a low release force even when thin and which does not reduce the adhesive strength of the silicone adhesive to other substrates upon releasing the release film. A release film and laminate are also provided. The curable silicone composition comprises: (A) a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane mixture obtained by mixing the following components (A1) and (A2) at a mass ratio of 1/99 to 45/55: (A1) a fluoro(poly)ether modified organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoro(poly)ether-containing organic group; (A2) a fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least three silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent.

摘要: A curable composition contains: (A) a polydiorganosiloxane component including: (A1) greater than 3.1 wt % to 20 wt % of an aliphatically unsaturated polydiorganosiloxane polymer and (A3) a hydroxyl-terminated polydiorganosiloxane gum of unit formula (A-III); (B) a polyorganosilicate resin component including (B1) a capped resin, (B2) >18.53 wt % to 54.3 wt % of an uncapped resin; where the weight ratio of the uncapped resin (B2) to the capped resin (B1) is greater than 0.51 to 58.82; where component (A) and component (B) are present in amounts to provide a weight ratio of (B):(A) of 1.2:1 to less than 1.62:1; (C) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane that is present in an amount to provide a molar ratio of silicon bonded hydrogen atoms to alkenyl groups for the curable composition of 5 to 50; (D) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst in an amount sufficient to provide 1 to 1000 ppm of platinum group metal; and (E) a condensation reaction catalyst; where the content of alkenyl groups in the curable composition is 0.017 wt % to 0.089 wt %; and where wt % values are relative to the total weight of components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) unless otherwise stated.

摘要: This invention provides resin formulations which may be used for 3D printing and pyrolyzing to produce a ceramic matrix composite. The resin formulations contain a solid-phase filler, to provide high thermal stability and mechanical strength (e.g., fracture toughness) in the final ceramic material. The invention provides direct, free-form 3D printing of a preceramic polymer loaded with a solid-phase filler, followed by converting the preceramic polymer to a 3D-printed ceramic matrix composite with potentially complex 3D shapes or in the form of large parts. Other variations provide active solid-phase functional additives as solid-phase fillers, to perform or enhance at least one chemical, physical, mechanical, or electrical function within the ceramic structure as it is being formed as well as in the final structure. Solid-phase functional additives actively improve the final ceramic structure through one or more changes actively induced by the additives during pyrolysis or other thermal treatment.

The methods can use SLA printing techniques to print silicone parts that exhibit excellent hardness, tear strength and elongation at break. The parts can be produced by using low dosages of radiation. In various embodiments, the silicone compositions include a mercapto-derivatized polysiloxane having two or more functional groups, an alkenyl-derivatized polysiloxane, and a photo-initiator.

摘要: A networked silicone is disclosed. The networked silicone comprises crosslinked strands of hindered organosilicon compounds. A composition for preparing the networked silicone is also disclosed, and comprises (A) a hindered organosilicon compound, (B) a crosslinking compound, and optionally (C) a catalyst. Additionally, a method of preparing the networked silicone is disclosed, and comprises reacting the hindered organosilicon compound (A) and the crosslinking compound (B), optionally in the presence of the catalyst (C), to give the networked silicone. A reaction product comprising the networked silicone is also disclosed. The reaction product is prepared from the composition and/or in accordance with the method, and may be a cured product. Additionally, a composite article and a method of forming the same are disclosed. The composite article is formed by disposing a networked silicone composition on the substrate and curing the networked silicone composition, thereby preparing the composite article.
