    摘要: An angle-adjustable recessed lamp structure comprises: a lamp bulb, a lamp holder, a rotatory carrier, and a mounting base. The rotatory carrier is securely screwed onto a track frame, which has a hollow sliding slot on the center of the arc-shaped body. The track frame is securely screwed on the fixing base via a fixing plate that locates on the rearward of the track frame. The fixing plate has two holding notches extending downward from both ends thereof for holding and positioning a rotation shaft. The rotation shaft is securely coupled with the coupling portion to enable the lamp holder to be rotatable by using pivotal connection between the rotatory carrier and the lamp holder. The lamp holder is upwards/downwards rotatable along the sliding slot within approximate 70 angles.

    摘要: A fabrication method and a structure of a flash memory. Several first shallow trench isolations and second shallow trench isolations are formed in a memory circuit region and a peripheral circuit region of a substrate, respectively. The first shallow trench isolations are shallower than the second shallow trench isolations. Several gates are formed along a direction perpendicular to the substrate in the memory circuit region. A self-aligned source region process is performed to remove the isolation layer within every other first shallow trench isolations between the gates. A common source region and a column of separate drain regions are thus alternatively formed between the gates. The drain regions in the same column are isolated by the first shallow trench isolations.

    摘要: An electrohydrodynamic (EHD) method results in charge driven droplet fission and volumetric shrinkage of metal dichalcogenide sheet droplets, thus wrinkling individual exfoliated metal dichalcogenide sheets on the nanoscale. For example, the method can be used to activate the basal plane of solution exfoliated, stable 2H reverted sheets of MoS2. In this manner, the basal plane of 2H MoS2 can be strained at an unprecedented scale (3.7%), resulting in charge transport to basal plane defects. The resulting crumpled MoS2 integrates few layer sheets and atomistic defects with nano- and micro-scale ridges and vertices to enable centimeter-length films that elevate the catalytic site count of MoS2 from 1.0×1014 sites/cm2 to 2.93×1017 sites/cm2 (planar 2H vs. crumpled 2H) and a turn-over-frequency (TOF) from 0.016 s−1 to 0.130 s−1.

    摘要: An embedded lamp comprises a base, an embedded bracket, a lamp socket, and a decorative plate, wherein a flange is formed on the internal periphery of a rotatable bracket of the embedded bracket for coupling with the decorative plate. A protrudent ring having at least a pair of buckling means having a pair of protrudent elastic buckles is mounted on the internal periphery of the decorative plate. When the decorative plate is inserted into the rotatable bracket, the protrudent elastic buckles are bounded to buckle the flange and to be positioned thereon. By means of the above-mentioned structure, the decorative plates with different internal diameter dimensions can be replaced with one another according to the diameter dimensions of various light bulbs without detaching the base and the embedded bracket. Accordingly, it facilitates the replacement of the light bulbs without need of high maintenance technique.
