    摘要: According to the invention, the method for applying a polymer coating onto the surface of a solid filler comprises deposition of a complex organometallic catalyst, containing a compound of a transition metal and an organic compound of a metal of the second or third groups of the periodic system, on the surface of the solid filler and liquid- or gas-phase polymerization of olefins at a temperature of 50.degree. to 170.degree. C. and a pressure of 1 to 60 atm on said catalyst deposited on the surface of the solid filler. The deposition is carried out in two stages. The first stage is gas-phase deposition of the first component of the catalyst, i.e. a compound of a transition metal, on the surface of the solid filler. The second stage is gas- or liquid-phase deposition of the second component of the catalyst, i.e. an organic compound of a metal of the second or third group of the periodic system. Polymer coatings produced by this method are marked by a high quality and uniformity, as well as good adhesion to the surface of the solid filler. The coating density is 0.7 to 0.95 g/cm.sup.3. The thickness of such coatings can be varied within a broad range from a minimum of 7.multidot.10.sup.-3 g/m.sup.2. The method according to the invention permits a considerable reduction in the consumption of the initial monomers and the catalyst; for example, the catalyst consumption can be reduced to a value as low as 0.001 to 0.1 percent of the weight of the filler on conversion to vanadium tetrachloride. The method is quite simple technologically.

    摘要: A catalyst for polymerization, copolymerization and oligomerization of olefins and diolefins is described, which is a compound having the general formula MX.sub.n wherein M is a metal belonging to IVA -- VIA groups of the Periodic System or a cobalt, X is a halogen, hydrogen, cyclopentadienyl, alkoxy-, aryloxy-, or amido group, and n is an integer denoting the valency of M; a compound having the general formula M'R.sub.p Z.sub.k-p wherein M' is a metal of I--III groups of the Periodic System, R is a hydrocarbon radical, Z is a halogen, hydrogen, alkoxy-, aryloxy- or amido group, k is an integer denoting the valency of M', 1.ltoreq.p.ltoreq.k; or compound having the general formula MR.sub.m X.sub.n-m, wherein 2.ltoreq.m.ltoreq.n, said component being chemically bonded with the surface of a carbon-chain polymer carrier through the fragment ##STR1## WHEREIN R' = H, CH.sub.3, C.sub.2 H.sub.5, CH.sub.2 = CH.sub.2, C.sub.6 H.sub.5 ;R" = h, or CH.sub.3 ;R"' = h, or CH.sub.3 ;y = OH, NHR', SR; COCH.sub.3, CH.sub.2 OH ##STR2## CH.sub.2 NHR', COOH, OCOCH.sub.3, CH.sub.2 SH, COOCH.sub.3, C .tbd. N, N(R').sub.2, SO.sub.2 R', SOR', --CH.sub.2 --S--CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2,--CH.sub.2 --NH--CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2,--CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2, wherein R' is defined above,T is the degree of polymerization equal to 4 - 5000.In the case where use is made of compound MX.sub.n applied to a carbon-chain polymer carrier, it is activated with compound M'R.sub.p Z.sub.k-p, while in the case of use being made of compound M'R.sub.p Z.sub.k-p applied to a carbon-chain polymer carrier, it is activated with compound MX.sub.n.Said catalyst is several times (5 to 100) more active than prior art catalysts and provides for a high yield of the product, which may be as high as 1000 kg/g of a transition metal.
