    摘要: Disclosed is a drive integrated circuit for controlling a traffic light. The drive IC comprises an input end and an output end, an input low-voltage control circuit, a gain control circuit, a driving circuit, an impedance loop and a phase detection circuit. The input low-voltage control circuit connects to the input end of the drive IC, and receives a first external signal. The gain control circuit connects to the input low-voltage control circuit. The driving circuit connects to the gain control circuit. The impedance loop connects to the input end to detect whether the traffic light is damaged. The phase detection circuit connects to the input end to detect a phase difference of the driving signal. By integrating circuits having different detection and control functions in one single chip, the cost of the drive IC decreases and the traffic light can have a less thick structure.

    摘要: A light-emitting device includes an autotransformer, a circuit module and a light-emitting module. The autotransformer includes a first positive conductive wire for receiving a first input voltage within a first predetermined voltage range, a second positive conductive wire for receiving a second input voltage within a second predetermined voltage range, and a common negative conductive wire electrically mated to the first positive conductive wire and the second positive conductive wire. The first predetermined voltage range is larger than the second predetermined voltage range. The circuit module includes a driver electrically connected to the autotransformer, and a predetermined operating voltage value for driving the driver is substantially within the second predetermined voltage range. The light-emitting module is electrically connected to the driver. Therefore, one of both the first and the second positive conductive wires along with the common negative conductive wire are electrically connected to an AC power source.

    摘要: The invention provides a low phase surge protection device including a voltage converter, a low phase delay detector and an output control switch. The voltage converter receives an alternate current (AC) input voltage, and converts the AC input voltage into a direct current (DC) input voltage. The low phase delay detector receives the DC input voltage to be a power source, enables a phase detection scheme by detecting whether the AC input voltage is in a stable state, and generates an enable signal by detecting a phase of the AC input voltage after the phase detection scheme is enabled. The output control switch receives the AC input voltage, and determines whether to transmit the AC input voltage to be an output voltage according to the enable signal.
