Abstract: This disclosure describes a request distribution system that can intelligently distribute transportation requests to provider devices to improve transportation system network coverage and efficiency. For example, the disclosed systems can identify one or more provider devices (e.g., limited-eligibility provider devices or full-eligibility provider devices) as potential recipients for a transportation request. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems can further determine an expected change in network coverage time associated with providing the transportation request to one provider device versus another. The disclosed systems can provide the transportation request to a provider device according to the expected change in network coverage time and/or other transportation request metrics.

Abstract: This disclosure describes an airport priority matching system that can utilize computer implemented models to dynamically match provider devices and priority requester devices in response to time priority airport transportation requests. In particular, in one or more embodiments the airport priority matching system identifies, utilizing global positioning data, provider devices within an airport boundary region and determines time metrics relative to an airport pickup location and/or a ranking order corresponding to an airport provider device tiered staging location. Moreover, prior to receiving a time priority airport transportation request, the airport priority matching system reserves a set of provider devices for airport time priority services based on the plurality of time metrics and/or the ranking order. Further, in response to receiving the time priority airport transportation request, the airport priority matching system selects a provider device from a pool of available provider devices to match to a priority requester device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for identifying provider devices and corresponding vehicles as candidates to transport time-sensitive (or otherwise prioritized) requestors and providing prioritized transportation options as fast passes for display on such requestors' devices. To provide such a prioritized transportation option, the disclosed systems can identify provider devices either matched or unmatched with requestors as candidates for prioritized transport based on estimated times of arrivals (ETAs) of vehicles for the candidate provider devices at the requestor's pickup location. Based on the ETAs at the pickup location, the disclosed systems can select a closest provider device from among the candidate provider devices to transport a prioritized requestor. After matching the prioritized requestor to the closest provider device, the disclosed systems can further search for providers with sooner ETAs.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a request distribution system that can intelligently distribute transportation requests to provider devices to improve transportation system network coverage and efficiency. For example, the disclosed systems can identify a transportation request corresponding to a first transportation mode and analyze multiple limited-eligibility provider devices having various modes as potential recipients for the transportation request. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems can further determine an expected change in network coverage time associated with providing the transportation request to a first provider device corresponding to the first transportation mode versus a second provider device corresponding to a second transportation mode. The disclosed systems can provide the transportation request to the second provider device corresponding to the second transportation mode according to the expected change in network coverage time and/or other transportation request metrics.
