Abstract: A hand-held cutting tool may include a handle and a battery pack. The handle has a rear portion with respect to a work proceeding direction along which the cutting tool is moved for performing a cutting operation. Abstract: A dust collection nozzle extends from the front of a fixing cover parallel to a base below an upper end of an electric motor. Heavy and large cutting dust can be immediately collected from an area relatively close to a cutting position of a portable cutting device cutting a workpiece immediately after dust is generated due to the cutting, which can in turn improve dust collection efficiency of a dust collection device to which the dust collection nozzle is attached.
