摘要: A suspension sub frame structure comprises a suspension sub frame provided to extend in a vehicle longitudinal direction and supporting a suspension link, an extension frame provided to extend forwardly from a front end of the suspension sub frame and having lower rigidity against a load applied in the vehicle longitudinal direction than the suspension sub frame, and a cross member provided to extend in a vehicle width direction on an inward side, in the vehicle width direction, of the both frames, wherein the cross member is joined to the both frames at a joint area which is continuous in the vehicle longitudinal direction.

摘要: A sub frame structure of a vehicle comprises a pair of right-and-left side members and a front cross member interconnecting the side members in a vehicle width direction. The side member includes a front support bracket and a rear member holding member which are arranged along the vehicle longitudinal direction and to which a front connection portion and a rear connection portion of the upper-side lower arm are pivotally connected, and comprises a front part positioned in front of the front support bracket. Herein, the front part of the side member is rigidly connected to a floor frame of a vehicle body at its front end and configured in a long shape such that the front part extends obliquely forward and outward, in the vehicle width direction, from a position where the front support bracket is provided.

摘要: Coolant flowing from a compressor passes through a heat exchanger and opening-degree adjustable type of expansion valves for heating, and an external heat exchanger. The coolant passing through the external heat exchanger is capable of passing through an expansion valve and a heat exchanger for cooling, and an expansion valve and a heat exchanger for cooling a battery. A grille shutter to change an introduction state of traveling air is provided in front of the external heat exchanger. When pressure of the coolant (particularly, pressure of the coolant at a timing after the coolant passes through the external heat exchanger) is a specified pressure or lower, the grille shutter is closed, whereby the heat-exchange performance of the external heat exchanger is lowered.
