Abstract: A locking mechanism for an aerosol drug delivery device includes a first housing, a second housing, a screw and a fastening member. The first housing has a contact portion and a fastening space formed beside the contact portion. The second housing is rotatably connected with the first housing and is capable of rotating relative to the first housing along a rotation axis. The screw is rotatably connected with the second housing and is capable of rotating relative to the second housing along a central axis parallel to the rotation axis. The fastening member is movably connected with the screw and capable of being driven by the screw to move toward the contact portion. The fastening member includes a fastening portion capable of being displaced when contacting with the contact portion and entering into the fastening space to limit the relative rotation between the first housing and the second housing.

Abstract: A detachable atomizing device and a container thereof are provided. The container is detachably assembled to an atomizing assembly. The container includes a cup and a flexible film. The cup has an opening arranged at an end thereof, the flexible film covers the opening of the cup, and the flexible film has a tension region and an outer ring-shaped region that surrounds the tension region. The tension region has a plurality of atomizing holes having an average diameter within a range of 1 μm to 20 μm, and the outer ring-shaped region is attached to the cup. When the cup is assembled to the atomizing assembly, a tension value of the tension region of the flexible film is increased from an initial tension value to an atomizing tension value by being pressed from the atomizing assembly, and the atomizing holes of the tension region are configured to allow liquid to pass there-through and to be formed as aerosol mist having an average atomized particle diameter less than a predetermined value. Accordingly, the cup and the flexible film that often need to be replaced are isolated from the atomizing assembly, and an expensive vibrator is disposed in the atomizing assembly, so that the service life of the detachable atomizing device can be extended.

Abstract: A nebulizer and a storage device are provided. The nebulizer includes a casing, an atomization module fixed to the casing, a rotating module rotatably assembled to the casing, a linking module assembled to the rotating module, and a locking module. The linking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle, and the starting module is configured to drive the nebulizer by being pushed, thereby enabling liquid in the container bottle to be atomized toward an outside of the nebulizer through the atomization module in an atomization process. The locking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle. When the nebulizer completes a predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking mechanism is moved toward the casing and is then limited to restrict an operation of the nebulizer. Accordingly, after the nebulizer completes the predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking module can restrict rotation of the rotating module for preventing the nebulizer from using the container bottle arranged therein.

Abstract: A method and a circuit system for driving a nebulizer are provided. When the nebulizer receives acoustic waves, a control circuit extracts audio signals from the acoustic waves. Afterwards, the control circuit determines if the audio signals are within a predetermined frequency range, and can determine whether or not to drive a circuit to produce an aerosol based on the audio signals. Further, a volume of the acoustic waves can also be used to determine whether or not to produce the aerosol, and also determine an output rate of the aerosol. The circuit system of the nebulizer includes an audio receiver for receiving the acoustic waves, an aerosol generator for producing the aerosol, and the control circuit used to control a driving circuit of the aerosol generator to drive a vibrational element to produce the aerosol through vibration in response to the audio signals and the volume.

Abstract: An atomization device includes a liquid storing member that stores a liquid therein, a carrier detachably assembled to the liquid storing member, an opener disposed on at least one of the liquid storing member and the carrier, and an atomizing module that is assembled to at least one of the liquid storing member and the carrier. The opener is configured to form an opening on the liquid storing member. The atomization device has a buffering chamber arranged between the atomizing module and the opening of the liquid storing member, and a volume of the buffering chamber is less than a volume of the liquid. The liquid storing member can be pressed to change an inner pressure thereof, such that a part of the liquid is driven to flow from the opening into the buffering chamber for an atomizing process of the atomizing module. The buffering chamber can receive the liquid stored in the liquid storing member over multiple times, such that the atomization device can atomize the liquid over multiple times through the buffering chamber.
