摘要: A needleless injector which can selectively induce the immune response and a method for introducing DNA including a region coding for an antigen to selectively produce an antibody in a living body of a mammal by using the needleless injector are provided. Disclosed is a needleless injector for injecting a DNA solution into an injection target area without using any injection needles. The needleless injector includes an accommodating unit which accommodates the DNA solution, a predetermined ignition device; and a predetermined nozzle unit. A temperature of the predetermined combustion product, which is provided during the pressurization, changes to a neighborhood of ordinary temperature within 20 msec after a pressure, which is applied to the DNA solution on account of the combustion of the igniter powder, reaches an initial peak discharge force during a pressurization process for discharging the DNA solution.

A part of the injection target region is received in the predetermined gap when the pressing portion presses the injection target region.

摘要: An injector includes an encapsulating portion configured to encapsulate a substance intended for injection, a first application portion configured to combust ignition charge and discharge a combustion product thereby applying a primary ejection energy to the substance intended for injection that is encapsulated in the encapsulating portion, an energy accumulation portion configured to accumulate an energy to be further applied to the substance intended for injection, the energy being different from the primary ejection energy applied by the first application portion. The injector also includes a second application portion configured to release the energy accumulated in the energy accumulation portion by using the discharged combustion product thereby applying, as a secondary ejection energy, the released energy to the substance intended for injection. With this configuration, the substance intended for injection can be caused to suitably reach the target region without affecting the substance intended for injection to be ejected.

摘要: A syringe transmits energy for injection satisfactorily to an injection objective substance while preventing influences of combustion products produced by the combustion of powder on the injection objective substance. A first piston part has a specific end face that receives ejection energy. A sealing member confines the combustion products in a first space separated by the sealing member. The sealing member has a fixed end portion and a contact portion that is in contact with the specific end face. In a state before the combustion of powder in an igniter, the contact portion is located at an initial position. With the combustion of powder in the igniter, the contact portion shifts to an ejection position with the sliding motion of the first piston part while being in contact with the specific end portion.

摘要: The adapter includes a housing and a filling nozzle provided in communication with a containing portion in the housing and coming into contact with an end surface of the injection device, in which the injection port of the injection nozzle is formed, when the housing is attached to the injection device. According to this configuration, the injection fluid can be suitably transferred from the outside to a needleless injector.

摘要: A needleless syringe comprises a main syringe body which is a main body thereof and which has, in the main body, a sliding movement passage connected to an opening provided on a front end surface of the main body; a holding unit which has an accommodating unit for accommodating an injection objective substance so that the injection objective substance is releasable; and a driver that is configured to apply energy to the holding unit in order to allow the holding unit to slide toward the opening. When the energy is applied by the driver to the holding unit disposed at the initial position, the holding unit slides in the sliding movement passage to abut against the opening at the abutment position, and thus the injection objective substance accommodated in the accommodating unit is discharged via the opening.
