摘要: A rotating electrical machine such that a power supply unit can be efficiently cooled, with no increase in size in an axial direction of the rotating electrical machine, is provided. A rotating electrical machine main body and a power supply unit are integrally fixed, and a refrigerant passage is provided on the rotating electrical machine main body side of a metal frame configuring the power supply unit. The refrigerant passage and a control part that controls power supplied to the rotating electrical machine main body are disposed in the same plane in an axial direction of the rotating electrical machine main body, and the refrigerant passage is disposed farther to a radial direction outer side of the rotating electrical machine main body than the control part.

摘要: A rotary electric machine includes: an annular cooling oil channel that is configured inside an externally mounted frame so as to face axially toward coils that are arranged in an annular shape and such that a surface that faces the coils is made into an opening; an oil pump; a nozzle that sprays cooling oil that is conveyed under pressure from the oil pump into the cooling oil channel from above; and a plurality of oil flow direction changing projections that are respectively disposed inside the cooling oil channel and are arranged circumferentially so as to face gaps between the coils and such that cooling oil receiving surfaces face upstream in a direction of flow of the cooling oil so as to change the cooling oil that flows through the cooling oil channel to an axial flow so as to be supplied to the gaps between the coils.

摘要: This motor device includes: a motor having components including a stator and a rotor; and a controlling circuitry to control the motor. The motor is provided with temperature sensors to detect a heat transfer amount and a transfer direction about the components. The controlling circuitry includes a temperature calculator to calculate a component temperature based on a thermal circuit network from thermal resistances and heat capacities given for the components. On the basis of actual measured values of the heat transfer amount and the transfer direction obtained by the temperature sensors, the temperature calculator corrects thermal resistances and heat capacities about the components obtained on the basis of the thermal circuit network, and estimates the temperature of each component during driving of the motor.

摘要: A heat-generating-component cooling flow passage and a bearing cooling flow passage are formed by mounting a flow passage cover to a rotor unit side of a rear bracket-cum-cooler. An arrangement region of the bearing cooling flow passage in an axial direction of the rotary shaft is arranged so as to overlap with at least a part of an arrangement region of a rear bearing in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. The heat-generating-component cooling flow passage is arranged so as to overlap with at least a part of an arrangement region of a heat generating component when viewed in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. A stator core is connected to the heat-generating-component cooling flow passage through the rear bracket-cum-cooler.
