摘要: A composite amine absorbent according to the present invention is an absorbent for absorbing CO2 or H2S, or both of CO2 and H2S in a gas. The absorbent is obtained by dissolving (1) a linear monoamine, (2) a diamine, and (3) propylene glycol alkyl ether, for example, represented by the following chemical formula (I) in water. In the composite amine absorbent, the components complexly interact, and the synergistic effect thereof provides good absorbability of CO2 or H2S, or both of CO2 and H2S and good releasability of CO2 or H2S absorbed during regeneration of the absorbent. Furthermore, the amount of water vapor in a reboiler 26 used during regeneration of the absorbent in a CO2 recovery unit 12 can be reduced.

摘要: A CO2 recovery device includes: a CO2 absorption tower in which CO2 included in an exhaust gas is absorbed by a CO2 absorption liquid; and a CO2 absorption liquid regeneration tower that heats and regenerates the CO2 absorption liquid that has absorbed CO2. The CO2 absorption liquid regeneration tower includes: a main body part in which the CO2 absorption liquid is temporarily stored; a boot part provided downward from a tank end of the main body part, having a relatively smaller capacity than the main body part; a flowmeter provided to the boot part, and measuring the liquid surface level of the CO2 absorption liquid that changes between the main body part and the boot part; and a control device controlling the liquid surface level of the CO2 absorption liquid between the main body part and the boot part on the basis of the measurement result of the flowmeter.

摘要: A system for collecting carbon dioxide in flue gas includes a stack that discharges flue gas discharged from an industrial facility to outside, a blower that is installed at the downstream side of the stack and draws the flue gas therein, a carbon-dioxide collecting device that collects carbon dioxide in the flue gas drawn in by the blower, and a gas flow sensor arranged near an exit side within the stack. A drawing amount of the flue gas by the blower to the carbon-dioxide collecting device is increased until an flow rate of the flue gas from the stack becomes zero in the gas flow sensor, and when the discharged amount of flue gas from the stack becomes zero, drawing in any more than that amount is stopped, and the carbon dioxide in the flue gas is collected while the flue gas is drawn in by a substantially constant amount.

摘要: A boiler plant includes a carbon dioxide capture system. The carbon dioxide capture system has an absorbing-liquid regeneration device and an absorber. The absorbing-liquid regeneration device includes a regenerator, a first circulation line in which the absorbing liquid is taken out from the regenerator and is returned to the regenerator, and a second circulation line in which the absorbing liquid is taken out from the regenerator and is returned to the regenerator, a heat exchanger, a heater, and a switcher. The heat exchanger heats the absorbing liquid by exchanging heat between the absorbing liquid flowing through the first circulation line and steam from the boiler. The heater heats the absorbing liquid flowing in the second circulation line. The switcher switches between a first heating state, in which the absorbing liquid flows in the first circulation line, and a second heating state, in which the absorbing liquid flows in the second circulation line.

摘要: A gas turbine plant includes a gas turbine, an exhaust line, an exhaust heat recovery boiler that generates steam due to heat of exhaust gas and guides the exhaust gas to the exhaust line, a carbon dioxide recovery device that recovers carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas, a heat exchanger that cools the exhaust gas to a temperature set in advance, and a circulation line that branches from a position between the carbon dioxide recovery device and the heat exchanger and is connected to an inlet of the gas turbine. The carbon dioxide recovery device has an absorption tower that absorbs carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas by causing the exhaust gas at the set temperature and an absorption liquid to come into contact with each other. The heat exchanger is formed of a material having higher corrosion resistance than a material forming the exhaust heat recovery boiler.

摘要: An air pollution control system includes CO2 absorber that removes CO2, and an absorbent regenerator that releases CO2 from the amine absorbent. The CO2 absorber is equipped with a CO2 absorption unit that absorbs CO2 in the flue gas by the amine absorbent (lean solution), and a water-repellent filter unit that is provided on an upper part (gas flow downstream) side of the CO2 absorption unit and collects the mist amine absorbent accompanied by the CO2-free flue gas. The mist amine accompanied by the CO2-free flue gas is collected.
