摘要： A solar cell includes: a semiconductor substrate having a back surface with a first doped region and a second doped region, the back surface being roughened to forma roughened region; a dielectric layer disposed on the back surface; a first electrode having a first surface conforming to the shape of the back surface; and a second electrode having a second surface conforming to the shape of the back surface.
