    摘要: A piezoelectric device is provided with a sound source IC, an amplifier for amplifying a sound source from the sound source IC, a piezoelectric speaker for generating sound based on a drive signal from amplifier, an MPU for performing a predetermined control process on the drive signal, a memory for storing temperature dependency information about the piezoelectric constant (d14) and Young's modulus E of the piezoelectric speaker, and a temperature sensor for detecting an ambient temperature. MPU has correcting unit, compares a detected result of the temperature sensor with the temperature dependency information, and performs temperature correction on the drive signal serving as an acoustic signal based on a compared result. The piezoelectric speaker outputs the acoustic signal temperature-corrected by correcting unit. Thus, it becomes possible to realize various piezoelectric devices, such as a piezoelectric speaker system, capable of preventing various input information from fluctuating even when there is a change in usage environmental temperature.

To allow the polylactic acid sheet to exhibit piezoelectricity in the thickness direction of the polylactic acid sheet, a high voltage is applied to the heated polylactic acid sheet in the thickness direction of the polylactic acid sheet, and thereby the screw axes of at least a part of the polylactic acid molecules are relatively aligned with the thickness direction. Then the polylactic acid sheet is rapidly cooled, and thereby the polylactic acid molecules are immobilized. The same step is executed for other regions of the polylactic acid sheet, and thereby piezoelectricity is imparted to a wide area of the polylactic acid sheet in the thickness direction. The resultant piezoelectric sheet is capable of exhibiting a high piezoelectricity in the thickness direction.

    摘要: A sensor device that includes a film composed of, for example, PLLA; and electrodes for extracting an output voltage from the PLLA film. The electrodes are located on main surfaces of the PLLA film such that the electrodes face each other with at least a portion of the PLLA film being interposed therebetween. The PLLA film has a first side which is fixed, and a second side which is opposite to the first side and is a movable portion. Each of the electrodes is configured to extract an output voltage resulting from an effect of piezoelectric constant d14 provided by shear deformation caused by displacement of the movable portion in a direction parallel to the main surfaces of the PLLA film, whereby an operation involving friction or the like can be sensed.
