摘要: Disclosed is an agitator including an agitation axis at the center of the agitator vessel, an agitator blade mounted on the agitation axis and consisting of a flat-plate-shaped blade disposed along the inner surface of the bottom wall of the agitator vessel and a grating-shaped blade continuous with the flat-plate-shaped blade, a baffle plate vertically extending for rotation around the agitator blade along the inner surface of the side wall of the agitator vessel, and drive equipment for rotating the baffle plate and the agitator blade independently from each other. When the agitator blade and the baffle plate are rotated at different speeds, circulating flow is formed in the vessel. The grating-shaped blade at the upper portion of the agitator blade shears a part of the circulating flow which descends along the radially inward agitation axis, thereby dividing that part of the flow into small parts. The small parts of the liquid are efficiently mixed together by the action of minute swirls generated behind the components of the grating-shaped blade.

摘要: A viscous liquid processor includes a low-speed shaft and a high-speed shaft extending in parallel within a casing, and a plurality of agitator blades fixed on each of the shafts and spaced along its axial direction so that the blades on one shaft enter the spaces between the blades on the other shaft. Each of the agitator blades is generally formed in a thick disk-like configuration having a plurality of thick blade members, such a thick blade member having a parallelogrammic cross section. With this simple arrangement, delivery and shearing of highly viscous liquid can be performed to improve the agitation and stirring effects.

摘要: A horizontal-type biaxial kneader for rubber kneading and such operation. It comprises two mixing chambers provided in juxtaposed relation, which mixing chambers are connected through an interposed region below a ram and above a bridge, and rotary shafts each equipped with a rotor blade including at least two blade wings, which rotary shafts are provided in parallel to each other within the two mixing chambers, so that the content of the mixing chambers is interchanged between the mixing chambers by rotating the rotor blades in directions opposite to each other. The rotor blades have a cross-sectional configuration characterized in that a scrape angle on the rear side of the tip of each blade wing is made larger than a bite angle on the front side of the same. Thus, separation of the content from the chamber wall on the rear side of each blade wing can be favorably performed, and the interchange of the content between the rotor blades can be effectively conducted through the interposed region below the ram and the above the bridge.

摘要: There is provided a seal structure which surely maintains sealing performance of a pressure vessel including a bottomed tubular vessel body with an opening end and a lid closing the opening end. In this seal structure of the pressure vessel, annular grooves 11a, 11b and ridges 21a, 21b fitted to each other are formed on both of the inner and outer sides at the joining faces of opening end 11 of the vessel body 10 and the lid 20, and an annular vent hole 30 is formed between the inner ridge 21a and the outer ridge 21b. An air supply hole 31 for supplying an inert gas to the vent hole 30 is formed in the lid 20. The joining faces on the inside of the inner groove 11a and inner ridge 21a are in metal-to-metal contact. Furthermore, gaskets 51a, 51b are held between the ridges 21a, 21b and the grooves 11a, 11b.

摘要: There is provided a bellows for a pressure vessel that would not rupture due to thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding stagnation of a raw material. The bellows 40 for a pressure vessel is adapted to realize ring-shaped sealing between an open end 11 of a bottomed tubular vessel body 10 into which a raw material is caused to flow, and an outer peripheral portion of a dispersion board 30 closing the open end 11 so as to permit downflow of the raw material toward the bottom of the vessel body 10. The bellows 40 is provided with a flexure portion 41 flexing radially so as to permit thermal expansion and contraction without being depressed for avoiding of stagnation of the raw material. The flexure portion 41 has a concave curved surface 42 and a convex curved surface 43 which are continuously formed to have a wave shape.

摘要: A processing vessel in which a temperature control element defining a helical flow passage, disposed on an outer surface of an inner barrel within the processing vessel. The barrel contains a processing liquid and a heating or cooling temperature control medium is caused to flow through the flow passage. The inner barrel and temperature control element are disposed in a vessel body to define a chamber between the temperature control element and an inner surface of the vessel body. The chamber defined between the vessel body and the temperature control element is a closed chamber. Preferably, a system for generally equalizing the pressures in the inner barrel and the closed chamber is provided. The temperature control element can be assembled in the vessel body after being manufactured outside the vessel body. Therefore, the processing vessel can be manufactured with improved efficiency and can be serviced by ordinary in-vessel maintenance operations.
