摘要: The present invention intends to provide a solar cell that has, by an increase in the absorbance of light of a surface of a solar cell, a reduction in the reflectance, and so on, a high energy conversion efficiency. The problem was solved by a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell that has a porous structure on a surface thereof, characterized in that metal nanoparticles having a surface plasmon absorption are supported in pores present in the porous structure, further, by a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell in which the porous structure is formed in a photoelectric material itself in a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell, or, the porous structure is formed in a light transmission layer disposed on a surface of a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell.

摘要: A component supplying apparatus which is appended to the electronic component working apparatus, for supplying electronic components to the electronic component working apparatus is provided. The component supplying apparatus includes a component storing section which stores the electronic components, and movement range regulator. The movement range regulator allows the component storing section to move between a supply position P1 which is set for supplying the electronic components and a retracted position P2 to which the component storing section is retracted for the purpose of maintenance of the electronic component working apparatus. In addition, the movement range regulator regulates the range of relative movement of the component storing section with respect to the electronic component working apparatus to a movement amount L4 that is previously established.

摘要: A solid oxide cell is provided which, after short-time activation, can generate electricity at a high power density over a prolonged period. This cell can be constituted so as to eliminate the necessity of carrier gas introduction during power generation and, hence, can more easily realize a size reduction in power generation systems. The solid oxide cell at least has an anode having an anode material, a cathode having a cathode material, and an electrolyte disposed between the anode and the cathode and including an ionically conductive solid oxide, wherein the anode material includes a composite metal oxide or a cermet, solid carbon is deposited on the anode material during activation and at least the following reaction schemes (1) and (2) are utilized at the anode during power generation to generate electricity. CO2+C→2CO  (1) CO+O2−→CO2+2e−  (2)
