摘要： A paint container comprises an enclosed body and a handle. The body is substantially D-shaped and comprises a bottom, a top, a substantially flat first side, and a curved second side. The top includes an opening for dispensing the contents of the container. The substantially flat first side extends between the top and the bottom. The curved second side is located opposite the first side and extends between the top and the bottom. The handle is pivotally coupled to the body and moveable between a rest position and a use position. The handle is pivotable about an axis that is parallel to the first side and located between the first side and the second side. The handle is configured so that the handle moves from proximate the first side of the body toward the second side of the body when the handle is moved from the rest position to the use position.

摘要： A plastic paint container includes a body having an interior and a neck defining an opening to the interior. The neck includes a neck sealing surface. An insert includes an outer wall configured to fit within the opening of the body and defining the periphery of the insert. The outer wall includes an upper edge and a lower edge. A lip extends radially outward from the upper edge to prevent the insert from being pushed to far into or through the neck. The lip is formed from a first material and includes an upper surface and a lower surface. The lip includes a second material formed over the first material. The first material being harder than the second material. A cover is threadably engaged with the neck. The second material contacts the neck sealing surface and a cover sealing surface when the cover is threadably engaged on the neck.

摘要： An apparatus for holding a cover of a paint container is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a top, a base, and an intermediate member. The top is configured to engage the cover from a first side. The base is configured to engage the receptacle from a second side that is generally opposite the first side. The intermediate member is coupled to the top and to the base and is configured to maintain the spatial relationship of the top and the base when the top and the base are engaged with the container. The maintenance of the spatial relationship between the top and the base by the intermediate member when the top and the base are engaged with the container stops the cover from moving away from the receptacle during the shaking process.

摘要： Customers queuing in the contact center are provided with the option to request a ticket number. Upon a ticket number being generated for the customer, the customer may disconnect or hang up, and an absentee contact is maintained in a queuing system. This allows the customer to reconnect within a predefined period and regain a place in a queue, possibly at a more advantageous position or at the top of the queue. Alternatively, the customer may reconnect at a less favorable position, but without having to re-enter all customer details in order to be allocated to an appropriate queue.

The reader also includes an antenna housed within the second casing and communicatively coupled to the transceiver for communicatively coupling the reader to a radio frequency identification tag. The second casing is movably coupled to the first casing so that the second casing can be aligned with the radio frequency identification tag to substantially maximize a read distance of the reader while the first casing is held in a substantially fixed position in relation to the radio frequency identification tag.
