摘要： A de-duster for a moving printing material web includes at least one blower nozzle assigned to a first side of the printing material web, and at least one blower nozzle assigned to a second side of the printing material web. The blower nozzles are set counter to web travel direction at an angle α. The de-duster further includes at least one extraction nozzle assigned to the first side of the printing material web, and at least one extraction nozzle assigned to the second side of the printing material web. The extraction nozzles are set counter to the web travel direction at an acute angle β. Each of the at least one blower nozzle is disposed between the at least one extraction nozzle at a respective side of the printing material web and the respective side of the printing material web. A combination of the de-duster and a cutting device, a folder with the combination, and a web-processing printing press in combination with the folder, are also provided.

摘要： A device for the longitudinal application of an adhesive in a folder (13) of a webprocessing printing press (14) is disclosed. The folder (13) comprises a former board (1), a device for longitudinal perforation (5) having a perforating blade (16) that is adjustable in a direction transversal to the direction of travel (15), and a cross-cutter arranged downstream of each other in the direction of travel (15) of the web of printing material (12). The device for the longitudinal application of an adhesive includes an adhesive applicator arranged downstream of the former board (1) and upstream of the cross-cutter (8) as viewed in the direction of travel (15) and having an applicator head (22) that is adjustable with the perforating knife (16) in a correlated manner.

摘要： The method of adjusting a first longitudinal folding device for processing material webs with longitudinal adhesive bonding in a folder of a web-fed printing machine, wherein the first longitudinal folding device is movable relative to the folder, includes the steps of fixing the position of the former outlet rollers relative to a cylinder part of the folder. The method also includes the step of displacing a frame whereon spindles of the former outlet rollers are displaceably carried, thereby maintaining the distance of the web of material relative to the surfaces of the former outlet rollers. Another method step includes aligning an annular recess, centrally formed in the former outlet rollers, with an axis of the folder, for the purpose of applying the adhesive with regard to any width of material web to be processed.
