    摘要: A stepping motor for generating vibration is provided and includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes a shaft, a ring magnet and a rotor frame, and the rotor frame is formed into a substantial cup-shape including a disk portion having an opening at the center and also including a cylindrical portion continuously arranged at the periphery of the disk portion, and a weight portion is arranged in a portion of the rotor frame so that the gravity center of the rotor frame an be located at a position eccentric with respect to the center of the rotor frame.

    摘要: Provided is a vibration generating stepping motor, which is ensured for holding a stop position by increasing a detent torque. The pole teeth of one stator yoke of a single-phase stator yoke assembly includes two kinds of pole teeth made different in the outermost side faces in the radial direction, and the pole teeth of the other stator yoke are comprised of two kinds of pole teeth made different in the outermost side faces in the radial direction. The pole teeth of one kind of the aforementioned individual stator yokes are made to have the same shape. The pole teeth of the remaining two kinds not given the same shape are combined and arranged to increase the detent torque.

    摘要: A method for controlling stopping of a vibration generating stepping motor is a method for controlling the stopping of an vibration generating stepping motor by a control unit, characterized in that the method includes: stopping a supply of a driving pulse to the vibration generating stepping motor while applying a driving voltage to the vibration generating stepping motor; applying the driving voltage to the stepping motor, which does not completely stop, for an optimum braking time according to a motor configuration of the stepping motor, so as to brake the stepping motor; and stopping the applying of the driving voltage to the stepping motor which is rotating under inertia after the elapse of the optimum braking time.

    摘要: A slender-type cylindrical coreless motor for use in battery driven equipment in which power-consumption is low, high reliability is achieved, miniaturization and long-term battery driving of the equipment are realized. The slender-type cylindrical coreless motor includes: a pipe (2) with one end fixed to a frame (1); a cylindrical magnet (3) disposed around the outer surface of the pipe (2); and an inner bearing (7) for holding a fixed portion of a shaft (5) to a rotor assembly body (4). A second end portion of the pipe (2) has a length that does not permit protrusion thereof from an end surface (3b) of the magnet (3), and the inner bearing (7) is located at the end surface (3b) of the magnet (3) concentrically with the outer diameter of the magnet. Portions of the inner bearing (7) and the end surface facing each other are joined with solder material, and portions of the pipe (2) and the magnet (3) facing each other are joined with solder material.

This structure allows the motor to withstand a strong enough shock. An apparatus requiring a vibration motor can employ this motor having a large vibrator, so that great vibrations are available for the apparatus. As a result, the apparatus—utilizing the great vibrations as various functions—is obtainable.

    摘要: A motor includes a stator and a rotor facing the stator. The rotor has a magnet and an eccentric weight. The magnet is magnetized in a rotational direction and produces driving magnetic field. The eccentric weight is made of the material having a greater specific gravity than the magnet. The magnet shapes in a cylinder and a part of the cylinder is cut away to form a space. The eccentric weight is placed in the space. A rotational area of the magnet and that of the eccentric weight overlap each other. In this structure, rotation of the rotor spins the eccentric weight, thereby producing large vibrations. The eccentric weight is accommodated by a motor housing for the safety. The thin and compact motor is thus obtainable.

    摘要: A slim motor good for a portable device includes a frame, pipe, magnet, coil, shaft, first bearing and a second bearing (inside bearing). The pipe is disposed on an inner wall of the cylindrical magnet, and an outer diameter of the second bearing is set at approx. the same as that of the pipe. The second bearing is aligned to the pipe in an axial direction and fixed on the inner wall of the magnet. This structure allows the magnet to extend axially long enough, and solves conventional problems including power consumption, slant of the shaft, motor efficiency, productivity and the like, thereby contributing to achieving a slimmer motor and a slimmed-down device.

When the electromagnetic vibrator is incorporated into a device, part of the device presses the case. Correspondingly, the elastic pressing body presses the power supply terminal toward a power supply land disposed on the device side, and the power supply terminal contacts the power supply land thereby electrically connecting itself to the power supply land.
