摘要: In a rolling bearing including a cage arranged in an annular space between an outer ring and an inner ring, a plurality of rolling elements held by the cage, and a solid lubricating agent provided in the cage, the cage has a plurality of rolling element receiving pockets in a circumferential direction, and has recess portions between the rolling element receiving pockets in a circumferential direction, and each of the rolling elements is received in each of the rolling element receiving pockets. The solid lubricating agent is attached to the recess portions in such a manner as to be in a slidable contact with a rolling element raceway surface.

摘要: A bearing device mountable on a smaller bearing and allowing to be automatically lubricated for a long period, comprising an inner ring and an outer ring rotated relative to each other, cages and rolling elements held by the cages which are disposed in an annular space between the inner and outer rings, a seal ring disposed on both sides of the inner and outer rings, and a unit body formed of a battery, a tank for storing lubricant, and a pump sucking and discharging the lubricant from the tank which is disposed between the outer ring and the inner ring detachably from the seal ring, wherein the lubricant is discharged from the pump into the annular space in which the rolling elements are disposed and the discharged amount of the lubricant from the pump is controlled by a sensor and a control circuit, and the unit body is formed detachable, whereby a lubrication unit installed in the bearing can be made compact and slim.

摘要: A turbocharger includes a housing, and a turbine shaft supported in a center hole in the housing through rolling bearings. A tank portion for storing lubrication oil is formed in the housing, and the lubricating oil is supplied from the tank portion to the rolling bearings through wick members extending from the tank portion respectively to the rolling bearings. The wick member includes a bundle of fibers made of a plastics material, and a distal end portion thereof is separated into a fibrous condition, and this distal end portion is held in contact with the bearing. The lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing by a capillary action of the wick member.

摘要: A supercharger includes a housing and a turbine shaft supported by the center hole within the housing through rolling bearings. A cooling water jacket within the housing is provided within the main body portion of the housing. The rolling bearings are supplied with lubricant by a tank portion formed within the housing for reserving the lubricant and a wick member provided between the tank portion and the center hole. The wick member 36 includes a core portion configured by a fiber portion and gaps. The lubricant is supplied by the capillary action of the gaps. The porosity of the gap is set to be 45.5% or more and less than 80%.

摘要: A turbocharger includes a housing, and a turbine shaft supported in a center hole in the housing through rolling bearings. A tank portion for storing lubrication oil is formed in the housing, and the lubricating oil is supplied from the tank portion to the rolling bearings through wick members extending from the tank portion respectively to the rolling bearings. The wick member includes a bundle of fibers made of a plastics material, and a distal end portion thereof is separated into a fibrous condition, and this distal end portion is held in contact with the bearing. The lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing by a capillary action of the wick member.

摘要: There are provided an inner ring having a first raceway at an outer periphery thereof, an outer ring having a second raceway at an inner periphery thereof, an intermediate ring which is interposed between these, and has a third raceway at an inner periphery thereof and also has a fourth raceway at an outer periphery thereof, first rolling elements interposed between the first raceway and the third raceway, and second rolling elements interposed between the fourth raceway and the second raceway. The intermediate ring includes a larger-diameter ring portion, and a smaller-diameter ring portion formed on the larger-diameter ring portion through an inclined ring portion. The third raceway is formed at a boundary portion between the larger-diameter ring portion and the inclined ring portion, and the fourth raceway is formed at a boundary portion between the smaller-diameter ring portion and the inclined ring portion.
