摘要: A bearing box for a rotating roller for supporting or transporting a high-temperature object. The bearing box includes a bearing and seal units disposed therein. A cooling jacket is disposed at an outer periphery of the bearing box so that the cooling jacket covers at least a portion of an axial region of the bearing and at least a portion of an axial region of the seal unit. The cooling jacket has a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet, and the bearing box is cooled by cooling water supplied to the cooling jacket through the cooling water inlet.

摘要: A motor assembly includes a shaft, a bearing, at least one fluid channel, a temperature sensor, a lubricant supply pump, and a controller. The bearing defines a bearing interface against which the shaft rotates. The at least one fluid channel is fluidly coupled with the bearing interface. The temperature sensor detects a temperature of the bearing. The lubricant supply pump is fluidly coupled with the at least one fluid channel to transport lubricant from a lubricant supply to the bearing interface via the at least one fluid channel. The controller receives the bearing temperature from the temperature sensor, determines a difference between the bearing temperature and a supply temperature of the lubricant, determines a lubricant flow rate based on the difference, and transmits a control signal to the lubricant supply pump to cause the lubricant supply pump to transport the lubricant to the bearing interface at the lubricant flow rate.

摘要: A bearing housing is provided with a cooling channel in at least part of the circumference around the bearing. The cooling channel is provided with a flow guide member at least in part of its flow section to construct a tortuous passage whose flow distance is longer than the corresponding circumferential length of the flow section. On the basis of the above-mentioned bearing housing, the present invention also provides a bearing housing unit, a continuous casting roll line and a continuous casting machine that use the bearing housing. The above-mentioned bearing housing adopts an optimized cooling channel design, which can obtain a better cooling effect without changing other structures of the bearing housing. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for upgrading existing equipment and has a huge cost advantage and a wide range of application prospects.

摘要: A device lubricates a connecting rod bearing on a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine. The device has a piston having an internal piston cooling fluid channel, and an outlet channel in fluid communication with the fluid channel. The device has a connecting rod, which is connected to the piston in an articulated, in particular pivotable, manner, and has a large connecting rod eye and a connecting channel. The large connecting rod eye is formed for receiving the connecting rod bearing. The connecting channel forms a fluid connection between the outlet channel and the large connecting rod eye so that a fluid, in particular a cooling lubricating fluid (e.g. oil), can be fed, or is fed, from the fluid channel to the large connecting rod eye via the outlet channel and the connecting channel. The connecting rod bearing can be lubricated by cooling oil from the fluid channel of the piston.

摘要: Improved bearing roller elements are disclosed. A first disclosed improvement is the addition of vanes to a ring-roller type element which allows fluids (such as liquids or gases) to flow through the bearing assembly. The fluids can then provide convection cooling. With proper configuration, the use of such vaned ring-roller elements can even allow the creation of a pump, either as part of the larger apparatus' cooling system or as a dedicated device. A second disclosed improvement, which can be used in combination with the first or in isolation, is the use of magnetic spokes in ring-roller type elements which allows them to be driven by an electromagnetic field. The use of such magnetic elements in the bearing roller elements also allows electromagnetic braking and/or regenerative braking.A bearing assembly incorporating the roller elements in a ring configuration and using pre-load to produce additional benefits is also disclosed.

Within the device, the fastening means comprise at least one injection sleeve provided with an outer thread coated with an anti-loosening adhesive film. The invention also relates to a mechanical system equipped with at least one such device.

Cooling nozzles 1a and 1b of the present invention are mounted on a block 4 of the motion guide apparatus to cool at least one of a guide rail 2 and a block 4 that is assembled to the guide rail 2 via a rolling element 6 in such a manner as to be movable relatively. The cooling nozzles 1a and 1b include an inner passage 18 into which gas is introduced, an opening 12a configured to emit a gas flow introduced into the inner passage 18, a deflection surface 22a that is provided adjacently to the opening 12a to bend the gas flow emitted from the opening 12a, and a guiding surface 32a configured to attract gas outside the cooling nozzles 1a and 1b.

摘要: A heating device for protecting a bearing of a wind power generator and a bearing system, wherein the heating device is applied to a main shaft of the wind power generator that is externally provided with a bearing, and the heating device is disposed inside the main shaft at a position corresponding to the position of the bearing. The heating device includes multiple circular arc sections, a flexible heat source and a supporting device. The flexible heat source is provided between the circular arc sections and an inner wall of the main shaft. The supporting device supports the internal surface of the circular arc sections, so that the flexible heat source is closely adhered to the inner wall of the main shaft. A heat source is provided for the bearing by the heating device for bearing protection of a wind power generator and the bearing system.
