摘要： A lancet instrument detachably fitted to a lancing apparatus, comprising a lancet having a lancet body with a sharp lancet tip at its tip, a lancet hub fixed to the lancet body so that the lancet tip is exposed, and an elastic deformation part extended from the lancet hub in the tip direction and elastically deformable so that the distance thereof from the lancet body can be changed, a ring-like member fitted to the outer periphery of the elastic deformation part and releasable in the tip direction by changing the distance between the elastic deformation part and the lancet body, and a casing having a ring-like member contact part storing the lancet so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction and formed in the inner peripheral part thereof so that the ring-like member is brought into contact therewith and stopped to move in the tip direction and a tip opening through which the lancet tip can be projected. The lancet instrument thus obtained is so formed that the projection of the lancet tip through the tip opening of the casing is blocked by moving the ring-like member released from the elastic deformation part in the tip direction between the tip of the elastic deformation part and the ring-like member contact part to restrict the movement of the lancet.

A plurality of pawls are formed on a flange of the hub. A plurality of ratchet teeth are formed on an inner circumferential portion of a proximal portion of the outer tube. Each of the ratchet teeth and each of the pawls of the hub form an engagement-disengagement mechanism.

摘要： A connector assembly includes a first connector having a tubular first connector body, a hollow needle inside the first connector body and a first sealing component piercable by the needle, and a second connector having a tubular second connector body and a second sealing component. The second sealing component is in the second connector body, is attached to a first piercing section when inserted into the first connector body, and, in that state, is pierced by the needle together with the first piercing section. The connector assembly also includes a restriction which, when the second connector is inserted into the first connector, temporarily interrupts and restricts the insertion operation, but allows resumption of such operation when the restriction is removed, and which, when the second connector is withdrawn from the first connector, temporarily interrupts and restricts the withdrawing operation, but allows such operation to resume when the restriction is removed.

When the second connector becomes pulled out of the first connector, the head and the second sealing member are held in close contact with each other by the close-contact maintaining means until the hollow needle is pulled out of the second scaling member.

The device additionally includes a device body, having a contact part for fitting skin thereto, a tip mounting part having a storage space formed therein capable of storing the tip, a pump for depressurizing the inside of the storage space, and a movable means. The movable means is capable of moving the front end portion of the tip mounting part along a longitudinal direction of the puncture needle, and within a specified range, when the storage space is depressurized by the pump under a condition in which the tip is stored in the storage space, the skin is fitted to the contact part, and the front end opening is sealed.

摘要： A puncture needle assembly has a needle tube, a protector capable of moving between a first position at which the protector covers the tip of the needle tube and a second position at which the tip is exposed, a body for movably supporting the protector and having an elastic deformable section, and an engagement preventing member removably mounted to the base end of a protector body. The protector has a rib. A portion on the head end side of the rib forms a contact section, and a portion on the base end side of the rib forms an engaging section engaging with the elastic deformable section. When the protector moves from the first position to the second position, the engagement preventing member moves together with the protector to prevent the engaging section from engaging with the elastic deformable section and elastically deforms the elastic deformable section.
