    摘要: The invention relates to a photographic roll film such as Brownie film, particularly to a sealing tape, used for the photographic roll film, which can seal a roll of film easily and reliably without the need for licking adhesive on a sealing tape as in a conventional one. The sealing tape includes a bonding portion and a release portion which are made of a single tape base. The bonding portion has a bond layer coated on the tape base for securing the sealing tape to a surface of light-shielding paper, the release portion made of a folded-over portion formed by folding over the tape base includes a tacky layer and a release layer inside the folded-over portion which are coated on the tape base separately and directly face each other and an end of the tape base is secured to the end portion of the bond layer.

    摘要: An electro-optic device includes first and second pixels that form first and second images, respectively. The first and second pixels are arranged alternately in a first direction. A light blocking element overlaps the pixels in plan view. The pixels are divided into pixel groups, each corresponding to every two pixels, which are one of the first pixels and one of the second pixels adjacent to each other in the first direction. The light blocking element has openings, each corresponding to one of the pixel groups and located in a region that overlaps the two pixels of the pixel group in plan view. Each first pixel has a light blocking region that partially intercepts light emitted from the first pixel. Each second pixel has a light blocking region that partially intercepts light emitted from the second pixel. The light blocking regions are positioned symmetrically to each other in plan view.

    摘要: An instant photo film pack includes a pack case for containing a stack of ten self-processing photo film units. An outlet slit is formed in the pack case, for exiting an exposed one of the photo film units therethrough. A light-shielding flap has a substantially quadrilateral shape, for closing the outlet slit in a light-tight manner. The light-shielding flap has first, second and third predetermined adhering regions, at least which are coated with adhesive agent and attached to the pack case. The light-shielding flap has first and second longer side lines and first and second shorter side lines. The first adhering region has a linear shape and extends along the first longer side line. The second and third adhering regions have a dot shape, and are disposed respectively at the first and second shorter side lines. The outlet slit is disposed between the second and third adhering regions.

    摘要: In manufacturing a photo film cassette, a disk producing apparatus includes a web supplier which conveys the web from a web roll to the web conveyor. The web conveyor includes two chains which convey the web in an intermittent fashion, and which include pointed portions which serially penetrate an edge portion of the web. A heater disposed upstream from the web conveyor heats the edges of the web. At the heating/forming unit, a heating plate is lowered toward the web at the same time as the female mold is raised toward the web, and the web is squeezed between them before the heating and vacuum/air pressure forming takes. Clampers/coolers disposed upstream and downstream from the heating plate and female mold squeeze the web in fixed fashion to prevent wrinkles on the web. A web/sheet cutter device includes an upper punch above the web and a lower die under the web, which squeeze the web, and cut the web into a sheet having a plurality of disk-like portions. The web is then wound by the web winder and reused later. The sheet cut from the web is separated from the web by a knockout device incorporated in the upper punch, dropped down through the lower die, and stacked on a sheet stacking container disposed on a movable bottom plate.
