摘要: A refrigerating machine equipped with a compressor 2 having an intermediate-pressure portion 2M in which refrigerant having intermediate pressure higher than the pressure of the refrigerant at the suction side thereof and lower than the pressure of the refrigerant at the discharge side thereof can be introduced, and an intermediate-pressure receiver 28 that is inserted in a flow path between an expansion valve 27a (27b) of a heat source side heat exchanger 3a (3b) and an expansion valve 18a (18b) of a using side heat exchanger 6a (6b), carries out gas-liquid separation on gas-liquid mixed refrigerant after the heat exchange in the heat source side heat exchanger or the using side heat exchanger, and then feeds gas-phase refrigerant to the intermediate-pressure portion 2M.

摘要: An object is to improve a pressure resistance and a thermal performance of a heat exchanger and to provide the heat exchanger suitable for use in a refrigeration cycle device in which carbon dioxide is used as a refrigerant. The evaporator (the heat exchanger) includes a pair of plate materials, the whole periphery of a peripheral portion of an outer plate as at least one of the plate materials is secured to the other plate material constituting a bottom surface of an inner tank to constitute a sealed refrigerant passage space between the plate materials, a portion of the outer plate other than the peripheral portion is provided with a plurality of secured inner portions which are secured at predetermined intervals to the bottom surface, and a plurality of refrigerant inlet tubes and refrigerant outlet tubes are attached so as to communicate with the refrigerant passage space.

摘要: There is disclosed a highly efficient cooling device which can reduce energy consumption, and the cooling device comprises: a refrigeration cycle circuit including a compressor, a radiator, an expansion valve and an evaporator; a cooling container in which a cooling object is stored; and a hot water storage tank which stores hot water. Moreover, the cooling object in the cooling container is cooled by absorption of heat in the evaporator, water is boiled by release of the heat in the radiator to store the hot water in the hot water storage tank, and the hot water in the hot water storage tank can be supplied into the cooling container.

摘要: A refrigerating machine equipped with a compressor has an intermediate-pressure portion in which refrigerant having intermediate pressure higher than the pressure of the refrigerant at the suction side of the compressor and lower than the pressure of the refrigerant at the discharge side of the compressor is allowed to be introduced, and a heat exchange circuit formed between a heat-source side heat exchanger and a using side heat exchanger. The heat exchange circuit branches the refrigerant flowing from any one of the heat exchangers to the other heat exchanger, carries out heat exchange between one branched refrigerant and the other branched refrigerant or the refrigerant before the branching so that the one branched refrigerant is set to gas-phase refrigerant, and the gas-phase refrigerant thus achieved is led to any one of the intermediate-pressure portion and refrigerant suction pipe of the compressor.

摘要: In a refrigeration cycle device in which heat generated by heat absorption of an evaporator is used for heating in a condenser, a disadvantage that a cooling capacity of the evaporator deteriorates owing to shortage or drop of an amount of the heat to be rejected from the condenser is securely avoided and a cooling function is maintained. In the refrigeration cycle device which is provided with a refrigerant circuit including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator and which exhibits a heating function by the heat rejected from the condenser and which exhibits the cooling function by the heat absorption of the evaporator, an operation to secure a predetermined amount of the heat to be rejected from the condenser is executed in order to maintain the cooling function of the evaporator based on an index capable of grasping the amount of the heat to be rejected from the condenser.

摘要: A refrigerating machine including a two-stage compressor, a high-pressure gas cooler, a first expansion valve, an intermediate-pressure receiver, a second expansion valve, and an evaporator is further equipped with an intermediate-pressure refrigerant bypass circuit for bypassing gas refrigerant in the intermediate-pressure receiver to an intermediate-pressure portion of the two-stage compressor, a back flow preventing device provided to the intermediate-pressure refrigerant bypass circuit for preventing back flow of refrigerant from the two-stage compressor to the intermediate-pressure receiver, and a refrigerant-pressure control unit for controlling the pressure of the refrigerant in the intermediate-pressure receiver on the basis of the difference between a specific enthalpy of refrigerant discharged from the high-pressure gas cooler and a predetermined reference enthalpy.
