摘要: In a refrigerant evaporator, plural tubes made of aluminum are arranged in a laminating direction perpendicular to an air flowing direction, and plural corrugated fins made of aluminum are disposed between adjacent tubes. In the evaporator, when a tube plate thickness TT of the tubes is set in a range of 0.10 mm-0.35 mm and a tube height TH of each tube in the laminating direction is set in a range of 1.5 mm-3.0 mm, pressure loss of refrigerant in a refrigerant passage becomes smaller, and a heat-conductive area of air becomes larger. Further, when a fin height FH of the corrugated fins is set in a range of 4.0-7.5 mm, fin effect of the corrugated fins is improved. As a result, heat-conductive performance of the evaporator is improved.

摘要: An evaporator includes a flat tube extending in a vertical direction and having a drain groove for guiding condensed water downward, at a middle portion thereof in an air flow direction. A corrugated fin joined to the tube is divided by a gap portion into an air upstream side first fin and an air downstream side second fin. The gap portion faces the drain groove of the tube. Accordingly, condensed water produced at the air upstream side first fin can be smoothly discharged from the evaporator through the drain groove.

摘要: An evaporator has plural tubes arranged in parallel with each other in a width direction perpendicular to an air flowing direction. The tubes are further arranged in a plural rows in the air flowing direction, and tank portions extending in the width direction are arranged in the plural rows in the air flowing direction to correspond to the tubes. In the evaporator, refrigerant flows through a zigzag-routed refrigerant passage formed by the tank portions and the tubes. A partition wall defining adjacent two tank portions in the air flowing direction has plural bypass holes through which the adjacent two tank portions directly communicate with each other. Therefore, the zigzag-routed refrigerant passage of the evaporator is readily formed without an additional side passage or the like. Thus, the number of components of the evaporator is reduced thereby simplifying the structure of the evaporator, and pressure loss of refrigerant flowing in the evaporator is decreased.

The header plate includes support holes in which end portions of the plurality of the tubes are fitted and supported, and each of axial end faces of the plurality of tubes is located in the corresponding support hole at a position between both ends of the header plate in a thickness direction of the header plate.

摘要: A thermoelectric transducer includes a thermoelectric device assembly and a pair of heat exchanging member assemblies arranged at both sides of the thermoelectric device assembly. The thermoelectric device assembly includes a plurality of P-type thermoelectric devices, a plurality of N-type thermoelectric devices, a first holding plate for holding the thermoelectric devices, and a plurality of electrode members for electrically connecting the thermoelectric devices. Each of the heat exchanging member assemblies includes a plurality of heat exchanging members provided in correspondence with the plurality of electrode members, and a second holding plate located for holding the plurality of heat exchanging members. Each of the plurality of electrode members has an outer periphery that contacts one surface of the second holding plate in a state where the electrode member is connected to the heat exchanging member.

摘要: In a thermoelectric transducer, a plurality of P-type thermoelectric devices and N-type thermoelectric devices are alternately arranged on an insulating board, and each of a plurality of electrode members is connected to two end portions of adjacent N-type and P-type thermoelectric devices for electrically connecting the adjacent N-type and P-type thermoelectric devices. Furthermore, a plurality of heat exchanging members each of which includes an electrode portion connectable to the electrode member and a heat exchanging portion for exchanging heat transmitted from the electrode portion are located at two sides of a thermoelectric device substrate to form a heat absorbing part and a heat radiating part partitioned from each other. The electrode portions and the heat exchanging portions have, respectively, the same shapes, and the electrode portions and the heat exchanging portions are arranged in the same direction in all the heat exchanging members of each heat absorbing or radiating part.

摘要: A refrigerant passage of an evaporator, in which refrigerant flows, is divided into plural sub-passages by partition wall portions of inner fins. The partition wall portions have plural louvers for flowing the refrigerant from an air flow downstream side sub-passage to an ajdacent air flow upstream side sub-passage. The louvers are alternately arranged on the partition wall portions with specific intervals in a refrigerant flow direction. Accordingly, refrigerant distributed amounts into the plural sub-passages can be adjusted to correspond to variations in thermal load on an air side.
