摘要: A print method and apparatus for minimizing effects of error in repositioning during printing process may include generating successive scans of a recording head, wherein the scans may partially overlap to account for the error in repositioning. As an example, after the recording head makes one scan across the document being printed, the document (or the head) may be repositioned for the next scan so that several print elements of the recording head are aligned to lie between certain rows of dots printed in the previous scan, resulting in a higher number of rows in the overlapping portion of the scans. Additional features may include varying the row/column arrangement of dots in the overlap portion, or performing error diffusion and correction for different areas of resolution in the scans.

摘要: An image forming device includes a feeding unit, a recording unit, and a controller. The feeding unit includes a first feeding member and a second feeding member disposed at a downstream of the first feeding member in a feeding direction. At least one of the first feeding member and the second feeding member feeds a recording medium in the feeding direction. The recording unit is disposed between the first feeding member and the second feeding member to eject a plurality of ink droplets onto the recording medium fed between the first feeding member and the second feeding member. A plurality of ink droplets ejected onto the recording medium forms a plurality of raster lines extending in a main-scanning direction orthogonal to the feeding direction. The controller controls the recording unit to eject a plurality of ink droplets so that a plurality of first raster lines formed within a first time span has a first resolution in the feeding direction, a plurality of second raster lines formed within a second time span has a second resolution in the feeding direction, and a plurality of third raster lines formed within a third time span including a banding timing at which a trailing edge of the recording medium gets away from the first feeding member has a third resolution higher than the first resolution in the feeding direction. The second time span follows the first time span and the third time span follows the second time span. The second resolution is higher than the first resolution and lower than the third resolution.

The image forming apparatus further includes a main scanning unit configured to scan the recording head, relative to the recording medium, in a main scanning direction perpendicular to the auxiliary-scanning direction. The image forming apparatus still further includes a auxiliary-scanning unit configured to scan the recording head, relative to the recording medium, in a main scanning direction perpendicular to the auxiliary-scanning direction. The image forming apparatus still yet further includes a controller configured to control the printing head, the main scanning unit and the auxiliary-scanning unit to form dots in rows arranged in the auxiliary-scanning direction at a first predetermined interval, and columns arranged in the main scanning direction at a second predetermined interval while performing main scans and sub-scans repeatedly. The controller controls the printing head, the main scanning unit and the auxiliary-scanning unit to form first dots in an area of the printing medium at first alternate columns by a first main scan, and to form second dots in the area by a second main scan at second alternate columns different from the first alternate columns. The second dots are shifted, relative to the first dots, a first predetermined distance smaller the first predetermined interval.

摘要: An image forming device includes a feeding unit, a recording unit, and a controller. The feeding unit includes a first feeding member and a second feeding member disposed at a downstream of the first feeding member in a feeding direction. At least one of the first feeding member and the second feeding member feeds a recording medium in the feeding direction. The recording unit is disposed between the first feeding member and the second feeding member to eject a plurality of ink droplets onto the recording medium fed between the first feeding member and the second feeding member. A plurality of ink droplets ejected onto the recording medium forms a plurality of raster lines extending in a main-scanning direction orthogonal to the feeding direction. The controller controls the recording unit to eject a plurality of ink droplets so that a plurality of first raster lines formed within a first time span has a first resolution in the feeding direction, a plurality of second raster lines formed within a second time span has a second resolution in the feeding direction, and a plurality of third raster lines formed within a third time span including a banding timing at which a trailing edge of the recording medium gets away from the first feeding member has a third resolution higher than the first resolution in the feeding direction. The second time span follows the first time span and the third time span follows the second time span. The second resolution is higher than the first resolution and lower than the third resolution.

摘要: A base film for a dicing sheet is provided which can suppress dicing debris from generating during the dicing of a cut object without imparting physical energy, such as electron beam or γ ray. The base film for a dicing sheet comprises a resin layer. The resin layer comprises: a norbornene-based resin that is a thermoplastic resin having a norbornene-based compound as at least one type of monomer; and an olefin-based thermoplastic resin other than the norbornene-based resin. The norbornene-based resin in the resin layer has a content of more than 3.0 mass %. A dicing sheet is also provided which comprises: the base film for a dicing sheet; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer placed on a surface of the film at the resin layer side.

摘要: A plurality of antenna elements, each of which has first and second linear conductors whose first ends are electrically interconnected are formed. The antenna elements are arranged in plane in such a way that the first and second linear conductors are alternated and separated from one another at regular intervals, thereby forming one or more array antennas which are disposed in a chamber. The second ends of the first linear conductors are connected to a high-frequency power supply, and the second ends of the second linear conductors are connected to ground. A plurality of substrates are parallel placed on both sides of the array antennas at distances approximate to the distances between the linear conductors. A film is formed by introducing an ingredient gas into the chamber.
