摘要： Disclosed is a terminal structure of a wiring harness for automobile use that has a profound anticorrosive effect. A terminal member is fixed to an end portion of a coated electric wire such that a crimping portion that the member includes at its one end is crimped around an outer surface of a coating portion of the wire. A resin member is formed to completely cover at least entire outer surfaces of an exposed region at an end portion of the crimping portion (a region including a fracture cross section and a root edge portion) and a region in the vicinity thereof. The resin member is made mainly of an epoxy resin, and a cured material obtained by curing a material having a viscosity from 1000 to 30000 mPa·s at 25 degrees C., which is measured in accordance with the JIS Z8803.

摘要： Provided is an anticorrosive that is capable of demonstrating high anticorrosive capability both at an early stage and at a later stage after exposure to ultraviolet light. The anticorrosive mainly contains an insulating resin, and has a total light transmittance of less than 85%, which is measured in accordance with the JIS K7361-1. The anticorrosive can be favorably applied to an electrically connected portion between a wire conductor of a coated electric wire with a terminal and a terminal member. The coated electric wire with the terminal includes the wire conductor and the terminal member, wherein the electrically connected portion between the wire conductor and the terminal member is coated with the anticorrosive.

摘要： An anticorrosive that is capable of delivering high anticorrosive capability. The anticorrosive mainly contains an epoxy resin, and has a viscosity within a range of 1000 to 30000 mPa·s at 25 degrees C., which is measured in accordance with the JIS Z8803. The anticorrosive can be favorably applied to an electrically connected portion between a wire conductor of a coated electric wire with a terminal and a terminal member. The coated electric wire with the terminal has the configuration that the electrically connected portion between the wire conductor and the terminal member is coated with a cured material of the anticorrosive. The epoxy resin is preferably a one-component epoxy resin.

摘要： To provide a crimped terminal wire for automobile having a stable anticorrosion property in automobile environment. The wire includes an aluminum electric wire including an aluminum conductor wire coated with insulation, a copper connecting terminal onto an end of the aluminum electric wire, the terminal including a crimped member and an electrical contact portion, a crimped portion, and a resin-coated portion on the crimped portion, wherein an entire periphery of the crimped portion is coated with the resin-coated portion, and wherein the resin-coated portion is made from a material mainly made from a thermoplastic polyamide resin and having a tensile lap-shear strength of lapped aluminums of 6 N/mm2 or more in accordance with the JIS K6850, an elongation of 100% or more in accordance with the ASTM D-1708, and a water absorption of 1.0% or less in accordance with the HS K7209.

摘要： Provided are an anticorrosive that is not sticky when a connected portion between a wire conductor and a terminal is subjected to anticorrosive treatment using the anticorrosive and accordingly has excellent handleability, and can coat the connected portion in a convincing way to prevent corrosion from building up at the connected portion, a coated electric wire with a terminal using the anticorrosive, and a wiring harness using the anticorrosive. The anticorrosive contains an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer that has a melt flow rate of 200 g/10 min or more at 190 degrees C. at 21.18 N, which is measured in accordance with the JIS K6922-1, wherein the ratio of copolymerization of an alpha-olefin in the ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer is 10% by mass or more. In a coated electric wire with a terminal, a connected portion between a wire conductor and a terminal is coated with the anticorrosive.

摘要： A flame retardant that is arranged to improve the cold resistance and the productivity of a composition, a flame-retardant composition, an insulated wire, a wiring harness, and a method for manufacturing the flame-retardant composition. The flame retardant includes a pulverized natural mineral which is mainly composed of magnesium hydroxide, wherein the pulverized natural mineral is surface-treated with an organic high polymer such as polyolefin. The amount of surface treatment is within a range of 0.1 to 10 mass %. The flame-retardant composition includes 30 to 250 parts by mass of the flame retardant with respect to 100 parts by mass of an organic high polymer such as polyolefin. The insulated wire includes a conductor and the flame-retardant composition which covers the conductor, and the wiring harness includes the insulated wire.
