    摘要: Provided are a channel member and an ultrasonic fluid-measuring apparatus that can prevent the disturbance from occurring in the ultrasonic waves due to disturbance of a fluid. A channel member (15) includes a first side wall part (21) and a second side wall part (22) that are parallel to each other, a first ultrasonic wave input/output section (32) and a second ultrasonic wave input/output section (33) provided in the first side wall part, a reflecting surface (35) provided on an inner surface of the second side wall part, and an ultrasonic wave transmission membrane (38) that covers the first ultrasonic wave input/output section and the second ultrasonic wave input/output section and transmits ultrasonic waves (36, 37) therethrough. The first ultrasonic wave input/output section and the second ultrasonic wave input/output section are continuous with each other, and the ultrasonic wave transmission membrane covers both the first ultrasonic wave input/output section and the second ultrasonic wave input/output section together.

    摘要: Provided are an acoustic matching member with a fixed density, an ultrasonic transmitter/receiver unit with a high sensitivity, and an ultrasonic flow meter device which attains stable and high-accurate flow measurement. An acoustic matching member comprises hollow elements and a binding agent. The acoustic matching member is created by removing hollow elements having higher densities, hollow elements having cracks, etc., from hollow elements before sorting-out. Since the hollow elements having higher densities, the hollow elements having cracks, etc., are removed from hollow elements before sorting-out, it becomes possible to provide an acoustic matching member having fixed characteristics without being affected by a manufacturing lot and a transportation process of the hollow elements. An ultrasonic transmitter/receiver unit created using the acoustic matching member has fixed characteristics and is able to perform high-accurate flow measurement.

    摘要: In an ultrasonic flow meter device of the present invention, a compressive conductive fastener member including conductive parts is retained between a casing having a fluid passage in which a fluid which is a measurement target flows; ultrasonic transmitters/receivers mounted to the casing, and a control printed board disposed to face the ultrasonic transmitters/receivers, and in this state, the control printed board is fastened. Thereby, the ultrasonic transmitters/receivers are electrically connected to the control printed board without the use of lead wires. A cost increase can be suppressed, and an influence of an outside noise can be mitigated because of omission of the lead wires. Therefore, reliability of the ultrasonic transmitters/receivers can be improved.
