    摘要: A message delivery system which can guarantee the authenticity of a user, the reliability of a message delivery, and the authenticity of the message delivery, while preventing an illegal act, and which can prove them at a later time. The system has an information provider terminal including a user authentication unit for carrying out a user authentication of the user according to a zero knowledge interactive proof protocol using check bits E generated according to a work key W, and a transmission unit for transmitting to the user a ciphertext C in which a message M to be delivered to the user is enciphered according to a secret key cryptosystem by using the work key W, and the check bits E. The system also has a user terminal including a message reception unit for taking out the work key W by using at least the check bits E, and obtaining the message M by deciphering the ciphertext C according to the secret key cryptosystem by using the work key W.

    摘要: A scheme for message delivery which can guarantee an authenticity of a user, a reliability of message delivery, and an authenticity of the message deliver, while preventing an illegal act, and which can prove them at later time. In this scheme, when the user requests a delivery of a message to the information provider, the information provider carries out a user authentication of the user according to a zero knowledge interactive proof protocol using check bits E, transmits a ciphertext C in which a message M is enciphered according to a secret key cryptosystem by using a work key W, as a part of the check bits E, and delivers the message to the user in units of one bit or a plurality of bits. Then the information provider carries out a record management of a log data H for the zero knowledge interactive proof protocol. In addition, the information provider generates and transmits the check bits E by using at least the work key W, and the user takes out the work key W by using at least the check bits E, and obtains the message M by deciphering the ciphertext C according to the secret key cryptosystem by using the work key W.

The apparatus reads only block data of a block containing a display center point and block data of blocks adjoining thereto and stores the data into a buffer memory, and acquires display data forming a display screen with the display center point as a reference point from the buffer memory and performs a display operation. The reading/storing operation includes an operation of storing the block containing the display center point and blocks adjoining thereto separately into the buffer memory. The display control operation includes an operation of temporarily storing the display data into a display buffer memory before displaying it.

    摘要: A program development system which develops a program sequence by generating a diagram composed of a combination of icons, and which can apply an object-oriented scheme to the development of an application program for a parallel, real time processor. Each program entity symbolized by one of the icons includes a pre-processing section coded in a programming language for determining parameters in a message issued to an object; a function section for storing information about a linkage between the icon symbolizing the program entity and a procedure included in one of objects in an object library; and a post-processing section coded in a programming language for interpreting a message sent back from the object. When executing the program, each program entity is linked with the procedure in the object in the object library. This makes it possible to reduce coding labor, and to improve the quality of the program.

    摘要: A navigation system includes a device for extracting map data and location name data of different locations and their corresponding coordinate data; a position detector which detects the vechile position; a map display controller which displays map data on a display, and a calculating device for determining a straight-line distance from the vehicle position to the different locations thereby producing distance values. A location name display device displays location names on the display in ascending order based on the distance values, and a user selects a desired location from among the location names displayed. The extracting device may segregate the different locations based on different categories, and the map display controller retrieves map data around a location represented by coordinate data corresponding to the desired location selected by the user.

    摘要: An on-board navigation apparatus constantly displays characters of name data associated with geographical data in legible order and direction whenever the display direction is changed to one of the north, south, east, and west directions. In operation, after the geographical data and associated name data in a desired region are read, name reference point and name area of the read name data is retrieved, and display direction of map orientation is retrieved. Coordinates of a drawing start point are then calculated on the basis of absolute coordinate of name reference point in accordance with the display direction. Correspondence between absolute coordinates of the geographical data and the coordinates of the drawing start point of the name data is established, and the name data is written into the name area so that the geographical data and the name data are stored while being superimposed with each other, thereby forming map data. The display is performed on the basis of the map data produced by the superimposition.
