摘要: To facilitate program control modification and troubleshooting in a sequence control system in spite of simple processing programs, sequence control processes are linked in a chain fashion. A unit process for activating an actuation member in both forward and reverse directions forms a ring so as to be activated in sequence cyclically, and these unit process rings are linked between an actuation start side activator for the present process and an actuation end side activator for the preceding process, both activated simultaneously whenever one of them is activated. Therefore, any process can be stopped at, restarted and reversed from any process steps in both the forward and reverse directions through the linked actuation start and end side activators, after the automatic operation has been switched to the manual operation or vice versa.

摘要: To facilitate program control modification and troubleshooting in sequence control system in spite of simple processing programs, sequence control processes are linked in a chain fashion. A unit process for activating an actuation member in both forward and reverse directions forms a ring so as to be activated in sequence cyclically via an execution condition recognizing switches, and these unit process rings are linked between an actuation start side activator for the present process and an actuation end side activator for the preceding process, both activated simultaneously whenever one of them is activated. Therefore, any process can be stopped at, restarted and reversed from any process steps in both the forward and reverse directions through the linked actuation start and end side activators, after the automatic operation has been switched to the manual operation or vice versa. Further, when a plurality of machines are controlled by a single sequencer, it is preferable to selectively connect a single operation board to a necessary robot connector to minimize the robot space and the cost.

摘要: By forming a flange portion (16a1) protruding inward in the radial direction at an upper end portion (16a) of a voice coil (16), a coiling sectional shape of the voice coil (16) is set to a L-shape. And, the upper end portion (16a) of this voice coil (16), is bonded and fixed to a central flat portion (12b) of a diaphragm (12). Hereby, by only increasing slightly the weight of the usual voice coil having an I-shaped coiling section, the large bonding area can be obtained between the voice coil (16) and the diaphragm (12), so that separation of the voice coil (16) can be prevented. Further, since other portions of the voice coil (16) than the upper end portion (16a) thereof have the usual coil thickness, it is not necessary to expand the width of a cylindrical magnetic gap G in a magnetic circuit unit (18), whereby it is prevented that electroacoustic conversion efficiency of a speaker (10) lowers.

摘要: A method of grinding plural journal portions of a workpiece with plural grinding wheels. In the method, a pair of work rests are used to support two selected journal portions, and the selected two journal portions have a larger initial diameter as compared with the rest of the journal portions. Initially, the selected journal portions are ground without using the work rests. When the diameter of the selected journal portions becomes substantially equal to the diameters of the rest of the journal portions, the work rests are advanced to support the selected journal portions. After that, the grinding wheels are again advanced to grind all the journal portions.

摘要: A method for detecting flaws in a surface of an inspected object can moderate the requirements for inspection condition accuracy, particular for adjustment of spatial relationships among a laser unit, the surface and an laser detector unit. The method includes the step of transmitting a laser beam in a known configurationonto a specular surface of the inspected object, projecting the laser beam reflected by the surface onto a light-scattering screen and forming an image of the surface on the screen, and detecting the image of the surface in the known configuration in relation to a predetermined portion of the screen. An apparatus carrying out the method includes a sensor for detecting positional deviation of the image of the surface from a fixed monitored portion of the screen, a adjuster for adjusting the angle subtended by the axes of a transmitter of the laser slit beam and a flaw-detecting image sensor and an adjuster for adjusting the inclination of a plane defined by the axes of the transmitted and the flaw-detecting image sensor relative the surface, both adjusters operating in accordance with the output of the deviation detecting sensor.
