摘要： In a motorcycle, a head pipe is provided with one main frame part that extends rearwardly from the head pipe and a rear frame that extends substantially downwardly from the rear of the main frame part. A pivot is pierced in a pivot support part provided to the rear frame with a swing arm being attached to the pivot so that the swing arm can be vertically swung and a rear shock absorber unit is positioned between the swing arm and the side of the body frame. The main frame is cast in an aluminum alloy and the rear frame on the upside and the downside of the pivot supporting part projects on both sides of a vehicle from the pivot supporting part to attach right and left brackets for supporting both ends of the pivot.

摘要： A motorcycle body frame includes a main frame including a head pipe for supporting a front suspension at the front end thereof, a single leading frame portion extending rearwardly from the head pipe, and a rear frame portion for supporting a rear wheel suspension. The rear frame portion extends substantially downwardly from a rear part of the leading frame portion. The main frame, cast from an aluminum alloy, includes two component parts arranged front-to-rear. For example, a front frame portion is provided, and a rear frame portion is fixed to the rear side of the front frame portion. The leading frame portion has a small section portion, where the main frame is smallest in sectional area, disposed substantially centrally in the longitudinal direction thereof. The two component parts of the frame are joined at a coupling portion of the main frame situated in back of the small section portion.

摘要： In an exhaust system for a motorcycle in which an engine main body of a multi-cylinder engine has an oil pan on a lower portion thereof, and is mounted on a vehicle body with a plurality of expansion chambers being connected to a downstream side of an assembled portion of a plurality of exhaust pipes that extend out of the respective cylinders of the engine main body, respectively. The muffler includes a first expansion chamber that is connected to the assembled portion and the other expansion chambers that are continuous to the first expansion chamber. The respective exhaust pipes and the assembled portion are disposed on one side of the oil pan. The first expansion chamber is disposed on the other side of the oil pan with the other expansion chambers being disposed to the rear of the engine main body.

摘要： A space is secured inside left and right pivot plates and a space is secured in front of a rear wheel to increase flexibility in design. In a motorcycle including left and right pivot plates provided at the rear portion of main pipes, a swing arm is provided on pivots so as to be capable of moving in the vertical direction. Only one rear suspension is interposed between the swing arm and the main pipe that is disposed outside the pivot plate in the direction of the width of the vehicle. A lower end of the rear suspension is connected to an upper surface of an arm portion of the swing arm. The rear suspension is mounted to one of the main pipe so as to extend continuously from the main pipe and substantially linearly in the direction of the length of the vehicle in a top view.

摘要： A paper sheets processing apparatus is provided with a draw-out and conveyance section for drawing out one by one a paper sheet from the paper sheets arranged in a laminated state and conveying said paper sheet, a detection section for detecting each of the paper sheets conveyed thereto to discriminate whether or not it is a normal sheet, or is a soiled sheet, and a reception and pile-up section for receiving and piling up each of the paper sheets thus discriminated in accordance with the detected results of the detection section. The apparatus is further provided with a means for separating normal sheets in units of a prescribed number of sheets to pile up them, a means for supplying a bundling member for bundling each unit of the normal sheets piled up in units of said prescribed number of sheets, and a means for bundling this normal sheet unit by said bundling number. The bundling means includes a pair of roller groups each having at least two rollers, a rotation mechanism for permitting rotation of each roller about the axis thereof, and an integral revolution mechanism for permitting an integral revolution of the roller groups, whereby the normal sheet unit is sandwiched between the roller groups in accordance with the rotating action and the roller groups are integrally revolved, in accordance with the revolving action, with the normal sheet unit sandwiched between the roller groups, thereby to wind the bundling member about the normal sheet unit a prescribed number of times.

摘要： A structure for sufficiently spacing a steering handle from a top bridge, thereby greatly improving design flexibility. A relief portion for allowing the deformation of a washer is formed to overlap a second contact surface and adjacent to a first contact surface as viewed in the axial direction of each bolt member. The first contact surface is located so as not to overlap the second contact surface as viewed in the axial direction of each bolt member. Therefore, a bending force acts on the washer to allow the deformation of the washer. That is, the washer can exhibit a spring function to relax the effect of the bending force. As a result, the steering handle can be sufficiently spaced from the top bridge to thereby greatly improve design flexibility.
