Further, a peripheral portion of the first semiconductor film includes a protruded portion toward the outside from an edge of the second semiconductor film, and a surface of the protruded portion is roughened. By roughening the surface of the protruded portion, an on-current of the TFT can be maintained and the leakage current can be suppressed.

    摘要: A drag mechanism for a fishing reel having a spool shaft supported at both the ends thereof. The drag mechanism employs rolling members as drag members so that the durability of the mechanism is enhanced, and the dragging function thereof is kept stable and good for a long time even under severe conditions under which sea water, sand or the like is likely to cling to the mechanism. One of drag member holders is secured to the spool of the reel so as to be rotated together with the spool. The other of the holders is secured to the spool shaft so as to be rotated together therewith. The tapered outside circumferential surface of one of the holders faces the tapered inside circumferential surface of the other of them. The rolling members are fitted in between the tapered surfaces. The drag mechanism can be used to drag the reverse rotation of the spool by frictional resistances to the rolling and sliding of the rolling members.

    摘要: An apparatus for combustion harmfulness-elimination of PFC gas is provided, which prevents or effectively suppress the generation of byproducts and the corrosion of the inner walls of the apparatus. This apparatus comprises (a) a combustion furnace; (b) a gas introduction section formed near the combustion furnace; (c) a wet scrubber for wet-scrubbing a first gas; and (d) a connection pipe for connecting the gas introduction section to the scrubber; the connection pipe having a branch extending downward. Even if moisture is absorbed into the first gas during the wet-scrubbing process in the wet scrubber, the moisture in the first gas is automatically separated therefrom in a liquid state and flows out of the apparatus through the branch prior to reaching the gas introduction section.

    摘要: A spool (3) is rotatably fitted to a support shaft (2) of a reel main body (1). The spool (3) is formed of aluminum in a cylindrical shape by die casting and includes a winding drum portion (3a), around which a fishing line (not show) is to be wound, and two flanges (3b and 3c) respectively provided on either side thereof. On the outside of the flange portion (3b) of the spool (3) disposed on the opening side of the reel main body (1), there is formed a notch portion (3d) to the outside of which a separate ring (4) is mounted and fixed by adhesives. The ring (4) is formed in a porous pan shape by machining an aluminum member. And, the ring (4) includes an inner peripheral surface (4a) which is to be placed on the outer periphery of the flange (3b) of the spool (3), and an outer peripheral surface (4b) which is formed so as to be substantially level with the outer periphery (1a) of the reel main body (1). Also, the ring (4) is exposed out to the outer periphery of the reel main body (1) disposed on the opening side thereof. The outer peripheral surface (4b) of the ring (4) is formed in a smooth surface by machining an aluminum member and it may be formed so as to have a shape ideal for an excellent thumbing operation and may be given color and luster.
