摘要： An improved tool for locking a band clamp, and an improved lock for a band clamp is disclosed. The tool includes a knife body having a knife edge that progressively cuts the free end of the band over a period of time, rather than simultaneously cutting the entire band width. In one embodiment, this is accomplished with a knife edge that is non-linear. The tool further includes a punch with a rounded or hemispherical shaped leading tip that forms an improved locking dimple. The locking dimple forms an improved lock having side walls that are, at least in part, parallel with the walls of the surrounding aperture in the band. By varying the profile of the knife edge, the punch can more fully form an improved locking dimple.

First location information is associated with receiving the portable metering device signal via the first sensor and second location information is associated with receiving the portable metering device signal via the second sensor. Media monitoring information is generated based on one of the first location information or the second location information.

摘要： A water-hydrogen engine system runs on hydrogen energy of water that is spray-atomized and heated electrically in a hydrogen activator (1) to heat-activate water for releasing hydrogen energy. At elevated temperatures employed, steam is over 95% hydrogen pressure and less than 5% oxygen pressure, although about 89% oxygen by weight. While remaining molecularly associated with oxygen in gaseous H2O hydrogen is heat-distanced from the oxygen. The heat-distanced hydrogen proton nucleus is heat-weakened for allowing hydrogen electrons to be activated exponentially per level of heat added. Hydrogen pressure typically an order of magnitude greater than combustion pressure of known heat engines is directed from the hydrogen activator to a pressure chamber (5) of forms of gas-powered mechanisms. The gas-powered mechanisms include turbocam hydrogen engines (11) for all rotational applications, trans-atmospheric propulsion engines (71) for all propulsion applications and projectile-expulsion engines (78) for most weapon applications. Use of combustion gas and use of working media other than water are optional. Only 5-to-15% of output power of the gas-powered mechanisms is used for activating the hydrogen and for operating subsystems. A Hydrogen Era of free universal hydrogen energy is made possible.
