摘要： An opening/closing detection unit detects a transition of an electronic device from an open state to a closed state or from the closed state to the open state. An electrical-power control unit sets an operation mode of an application processing unit that executes an application. When a transition from the open state to the closed state is detected while a hold switch is in an OFF state, the electrical-power control unit switches an operation mode of an application processing unit from a normal mode to a sleep mode. On the other hand, when a transition from the open state to the closed state is detected while the hold switch is in an ON state, the electrical-power control unit does not switch the operation mode of the application processing unit from the normal mode to the sleep mode.

摘要： A liquid container which supplies ink to its exterior until the ink is almost depleted and allows simple detection of the remaining ink amount, is constructed to distribute components of the ink even after a prolonged standing. The liquid container is provided with a connecting portion for connection to an ink deriving tube and an air introduction tube of an ink jet printer. Both the ink deriving tube and the air introduction tube are positioned for connection to the connecting portion at a position deviated from a center of the bottom of the liquid container. The deviation facilitates mixing of ink components as ink is supplied from the container.

摘要： An LSI system includes; a multi-layer print board; and a plurality of LSI circuit chips mounted on the multi-layer printed circuit board, each including a plurality of pins, a reference voltage terminal, a pin scan out terminal and a plurality of pin scan out circuits corresponding to the pins on a one-to-one basis. The multi-layer printed circuit board includes a reference voltage feeding layer formed therein in a form of a mesh or a sheet, at least one further layer overlying the reference voltage feeding layer and a plurality of through holes extending through each such further layer. By electrically connecting each reference voltage terminal of the plurality of LSI circuit chips through a corresponding through hole to the reference voltage feeding layer, a substantially equal reference voltage can be fed to each LSI and the voltage drop thereof is reduced.
