摘要： An apparatus which can data process IC cards and can issue IC cards is provided using a simple structure, which can draw cards one by one. The apparatus can data process IC cards inserted from the exterior of the apparatus and can issue a processed IC card to the exterior of apparatus. A processor with an electrical connection data processes an IC card when it is positioned by positioning structure, which connects the inserted IC card to the processor connection. The apparatus includes a roller and an idler, the idler being mounted on an idler shaft rotatable about a rotation axis of the roller to transfer the IC card to a collection position.
