    摘要: A superconducting machine for supporting a coolant feed line for superconducting machines includes a hollow shaft that can be connected to the superconducting machine in a first region, the coolant feed line being disposed in the interior thereof for feeding the coolant from the refrigeration unit to the superconducting machine. A magnetic support is disposed in the first region of the hollow shaft so that a radial and thus motion-damping, centering force is exerted on the coolant feed line. The magnetic support has a first and a second magnetic cylinder, wherein the first magnetic cylinder is disposed on the outer jacket of the coolant feed line and the second magnetic cylinder is disposed on the inner face of the hollow shaft. The first magnetic cylinder is a cylinder made of highly electrically conductive material having ohmic resistance.

    摘要: A superconducting machine for supporting a coolant feed line for superconducting machines includes a hollow shaft that can be connected to the superconducting machine in a first region, the coolant feed line being disposed in the interior thereof for feeding the coolant from the refrigeration unit to the superconducting machine. A magnetic support is disposed in the first region of the hollow shaft so that a radial and thus motion-damping, centering force is exerted on the coolant feed line. One or more connecting tubes are provided in the cooling arrangement and connect one cooling tube loop to the other cooling tube loop of the at least one pair of cooling tube loops.

    摘要: A rotor for an electrical machine, in particular a synchronous machine has a rotor axis which defines a rotor shaft. The rotor has a winding support which is arranged on the rotor shaft such that they rotate together, in such a way that it surrounds the rotor shaft in a centre section with respect to the rotor axis. The winding support is fitted with a superconducting rotor winding. The rotor has a sleeve which at least radially surrounds the winding support and the rotor winding with respect to the rotor axis. At least in the area, in which it radially surrounds the winding support and the superconducting rotor winding, the sleeve is formed integrally from a metal alloy, which is non-magnetic, has an electrical conductivity of at least 60% of the electrical conductivity of copper at 20° C., has a mechanical tensile strength of at least 250 N/mm2 at 200° C. and has a 0.2% proof stress of at least 200 N/mm2 at 200° C.

    摘要: The invention relates to a superconductive device containing a rotor that can be rotated about an axis of rotation and that comprises a superconductive winding in a winding support. Said winding support has a central cavity, into which two fixed thermal tubes project axially. One of said tubes forms a cooling finger that is closed at the end and contains a second coolant with a higher condensation temperature. The other tube supplies a first cooling with a lower condensation temperature to the central cavity and evacuates said coolant from the cavity. To condense the coolants, the tubes lead to a refrigeration unit, situated outside the rotor and equipped with a refrigeration head and a condenser device.

    摘要: The superconducting winding comprises a rotor which may rotate about a rotation axis with a superconducting winding in a thermally conducting winding support. The winding support comprises a central coolant cavity, with a lateral cavity leading out of the winding support connected thereto. A cold head of a refrigeration unit is connected to a condenser unit for condensing refrigerant and is arranged outside the rotor. A fixed heat tube, supplying the refrigerant, is coupled to the condenser unit, extending axially into the rotating lateral cavity and is sealed relative to the cavity. The refrigerant is a mixture of several components having different condensation temperatures.

    摘要: A superconducting electrical machine includes a rotor with a rotor outer housing surrounding a winding support having a superconducting winding. The rotor has on a torque-transmitting side a first, rigid connection device between the winding support and the rotor outer housing and on the opposite side a second connection device which compensates for axial expansion of the winding support. The second connection device has an axially extending connection element which is on one end connected rigidly to the winding support and which has on the opposite free end an axially moving, radially force-fitting connection to a centering holding element of the rotor outer housing. The holding element includes a bushing through the rotor outer housing, through which the free end of the connection element of the second connection device passes. The superconducting winding is cooled and thermally insulated.
