    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods and a mechanism for manipulating images generated by radiotherapy machines used in radiation diagnostic and treatment applications. In one embodiment, a method is provided for intelligent automatic propagation of manual or automatic contouring across linked (e.g., registered) images and image data sets by acquiring one or more images of one or more image data sets; determining the correlation between the images with respect to identified structures; and generating a deformation map that establishes a correspondence for each point in the source image with a point in the target image. Subsequently, the intelligent propagation mechanism applies this deformation map individually to each structure of the source image and propagates the deformed structure to the target image.

    摘要: In one embodiment of the invention, a computerized method for producing a treatment decision for adaptive radiation therapy (ART) is disclosed. The method comprises several steps. First, patient specific input data regarding a patient and general patient population data are input into a treatment decision engine. Next, this data is analyzed in order to adjust a set of interrelationships and thresholds to fit the ART regimen for which a decision is being processed. In a third step, the interrelationships and thresholds are applied to the data using a processing module which formulates a decision regarding the current ART regimen, and metadata regarding the medical condition of the patient. Finally, the decision and metadata are outputted such that they are accessible to a user. Using such a method, a treatment decision for ART is produced.

    摘要: Gesture based control of objects displayed on touch screen displays is described. An object is displayed on a touch screen display, and a first touch operation is detected at a first position on the display. The first position is within an area that is associated with the displayed object. A second touch operation is detected within the area. After detecting the first and second touch operations another, a third touch operation is detected at a third position. A distance between the third position and the first position is calculated. When the distance is greater than a predetermined value, a copy of the object is displayed on the touch screen display.

A space-saving, simple construction and little maintenance requirement of the locking system is achieved by at least one electromechanical drive unit, whose torque is transmitted to a drive shaft with a cam disk via axle-crossing transmitting.
