    摘要: A device for the insertion and extraction of a plug-in module into a module frame which has at least one front module bar, contains a swivel-mounted lever which is located in the front area of the plug-in module and whose short lever arm has at least one lever cam and a push-off nose and a pressure piece which is fastened to the module bar. The pressure piece absorbs the forces transferred from the lever, whereby the pressure piece has at least one recess, in which the lever cam of the lever reaches into during the insertion of the plug-in module. Furthermore the pressure piece has at least one push-off shoulder against which the push-off nose of the lever pushes off during the extraction of the plug-in module.

    摘要: A module support structure is proposed for printed circuit boards which can be inserted on guide rails. The four parallel module rails of the module support structure to which the guide rails are mounted are connected to the two parallel side walls via a special mounting technique. Specially shaped mounting bolts are used with a head bolt having a flat seating surface, a substantially cylindrical threaded shaft, as well as a transition piece disposed between the bolt head and the threaded shaft and tapering in a conical manner towards the threaded shaft. The mounting bolts are fed through cylindrical mounting holes in the module rails. During tightening, the transition piece abuts against the outer edge of the mounting holes to force the module rails against the projections disposed above or below the mounting holes. In this manner, an exact positioning of the module rails relative to the side walls is necessarily effected. The outer edge of each mounting hole can be deformed by the transition piece until the seating surface of the corresponding bolt head seats on the side wall.

    摘要: A shielded module support structure for printed circuit boards 2 can be inserted on guide rail 7 and having electrical or electronic components has two parallel side walls 3 and at least four module rails 4 for bearing the guide rails 7. The module rails are anodized aluminum or an anodized aluminum alloy and have, at the front side, at least one seating surface 12 for one or more front plates 9, to improve electrical conductivity, sections of the module rails 4 are freed from the anodized layer. This can be done by removal of protrusions 18 by processes such as mechanical milling. For improved contacting, resilient contact bands 19 may be snapped onto the rails 4 into engagement with the bared seating surfaces 12. The resilient contact bands include sharp-edged breakouts 22 for conductive engagement with plates 9 for effecting a shielded enclosure about the circuit boards 2.

    摘要: A shielded module support structure 1 for printed circuit boards 2 which can be inserted on guide rails 7 and having electrical or electronic components is proposed comprising at least four module rails 4 for mounting the guide rails 7. The printed circuit boards 2 are assembled into plug-in modules 10, each having a front plate 9, wherein the front plates 9 are attached to a threaded-hole-strip using screws, the threaded-hole-strips seating in a groove 11, opening towards the front side of the module support structure 1, in the front module rail 4. In order to assure shielding of the module support structure 1 against interfering radio frequency fields, the front plates 9 are contacted with the module rails 4 using specially formed resilient contact bands 15 which can be snapped onto a seating surface 12 of the module rails 4. The resilient contact bands 15 have a plurality of break-outs 18 resiliently facing the front side of the module support structure 1 as well as a plurality of contact spikes 19 facing the seating surface 12. The resilient contact bands 15 preferentially consist essentially of flat sheet metal the upper edge 16 of which is bent for engagement into an upper engagement groove 13 and the lower edge 17 of which is bent for engagement into a lower engagement groove 14.

    摘要: An arrangement for coding a plug-in space of a plug-in module in a module rack by using a layout of at least one coding pin and at least one associated coding hole. The coding hole has at least one holding bracket through which extends a fastening screw, and the module rack has at least one front profiled rail which has a longitudinal groove into which there is inserted a perforated strip having equidistant holes. The holding bracket has a receiver for the coding pin, which receiver has an internal polygon. The coding pin is displaceable within the receiver and has a corresponding external polygon. The coding pin is provided with a longitudinally extending coding rib at its shaft. Also provided is at least one coding plug which has at least one pin for the introduction into a hold of the perforated strip. The coding plug has the coding hole for the coding pin and a through hole for the fastening screw. The coding hold is provided with an edge recess for the coding rib.

The adapter features a receptacle for a mounting element in order to mount the adapter on the module rail. It features a coupling structure that is coupled to a corresponding coupling element of the adapter in order to produce a coupling between the circuit board holder and the adapter. In an end position of the plug-in module in the mounting rack, the adapter and the circuit board holder cooperate in such a way that the plug-in module is held in its position in the mounting rack.
