Following thermal conditioning inside a blow-mold of a blow-molding machine, a preform (1) is formed into the container (2) by means of blowing pressure. The necessary blow-molding gas (P1, P2) is provided by a supply device. The stored, pneumatic pressure energy inside the blown container is at least partially transformed into another form of energy.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for blow-moulding containers from preforms which are previously heated in the region of a heating section and consist of a thermoplastic material. The preforms are transferred to a blowing device following the heating thereof, in which they are shaped to form containers by the application of a blowing pressure inside blow moulds. Said blow moulds respectively consist of at least two blow mould segments. The preforms are transported together with the blow moulds at least along part of a peripheral path of a rotating blow wheel. A separating plane of the blow mould segments is positioned at least in an opened state of the blow station in a rotational direction of the blow wheel, facing forwards, with an angle of inclination in relation to the radial direction of the blow wheel. The blow station is positioned at least in two parts during a transfer process.

The tong arms are retained by a tong base and can be arranged at least in an open position and in a closed position. The tong base is retained by a main element. When a specified actuating force is applied, the tong base is released and can be pivoted relative to the main element within a certain range. Respectively one movable counter-element is arranged adjacent to two lateral surfaces of the tong base. The counter-elements are retained in a starting position by means of at least one spring.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for blow molding containers. The temperature of parisons, which are made of a thermoplastic material, is adjusted and the parisons are then molded in a blow mold under the effect of a pressurized medium to give containers. The blow mold which is composed of at least two blow mold segments is held in place by mold supports of a blow molding station (3) that is arranged on a supporting structure (41). A bottom part (7) is used in addition to the blow mold segments. Both the mold supports and the bottom part are arranged in such a way that they can be mechanically positioned. The mold supports and the bottom part are mechanically coupled to each other. One of the mold supports (19) is immobile and the other mold support is swiveled to the supporting structure. The bottom part has a trajectory relative to the mold support which has a component that extends in the longitudinal direction of the blow molding station and a component that extends at a right angle to the longitudinal direction.

摘要: The method and the apparatus are used to transfer work-pieces, in particular preforms or bottles (2). The workpiece is subjected to pressure by a gripper-like holding device (41), which has at least one gripper arm (45, 46) arranged pivotably relative to a gripper carrier (42). The blow device is provided with at least one blow station for deforming the preforms into the containers. The preforms are held along at least a portion of their transport path by a support element which over at least portions is loosely inserted into an opening section of the preform and is tensioned after the insertion within the opening section. Along an outer circumference of the head are arranged at least two clamping elements at a distance relative to each other.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for blow moulding containers. According to the invention, a preform consisting of a thermoplastic material is drawn out by a drawing bar after thermal conditioning inside a blow mould and is shaped into the container by a blowing pressure. The default positioning for the drawing bar is effected by an electromechanical drawing bar drive. A mechanical coupling device translates the rotational movement of a motor shaft of a servo motor into a lifting movement of the drawing bar.
