摘要： Dispensing apparatuses (10) for administering particulate materials are presented. In an embodiment, the present disclosure provides a dispensing apparatus (10) including an overcap (30) having a lid (32) having an attachment mechanism (50) connected to a portion of a surface of the lid and rim (34) hingedly attached to the lid and comprising a gripper (60) constructed and arranged to hold a scoop (20). The scoop can be releasably attached to the lid and the rim of the overcap in a variety of ways.

摘要： A method is provided for forming a two component beverage using a container having two compartments, an upper compartment and a lower compartment, each containing a beverage ingredient. The upper compartment contains a first beverage ingredient, such as powdered milk, and the lower compartment 8 contains a second beverage ingredient, such as instant coffee. The upper compartment can be stacked above the lower compartment such that access to the lower compartment is through the upper compartment.

摘要： A diaphragm positioned in a waste disposal device for holding and twisting flexible tubing dispensed form a cartridge housed in the waste disposal device. The twisting of the tubing is accomplished either by rotating the diaphragm and holding the cartridge stationary, or rotating the cartridge and holding the diaphragm. A rotation mechanism is operatively configured to the waste disposal device for rotating either the cartridge or the diaphragm while impeding the rotation of the other. The twisting of the flexible sealably encapsulates a waste package inserted into the flexible tubing through an opening in the cartridge.
