摘要： The speed increasing and accumulating conveyor chain of the present invention can convey a conveyed object faster than the running speed of the chain, and keep the conveyed object stopped while continuously running the chain itself. The load roller with a larger diameter and the running roller with a smaller diameter are coaxially and rotatably mounted on the connecting pin, which is secured to the link plate, respectively. The frictional material is mounted on the load surface of the load roller, wherein the frictional material provides the load surface of the load roller with a larger frictional force than that of rotatable surface between the load roller and the running roller.

摘要： A multifunctional conveyance type conveyor chain is disclosed in which ball units and conveyance auxiliary units can be separately and easily attached and detached to a chain link. A multifunctional conveyance type conveyor chain (100) includes a number of chain links (110) which are each integrally molded of an article loading portion (111) on which an article is loaded and a plurality of hinge portions (112). The chain links (110) are connected to each other in a longitudinal direction of the chain through hinge pins (120). A ball unit (130) holds a free ball (131) which rolls in an exposed manner on both a surface and a back surface of the chain link (110). Conveyance auxiliary units 140 mountable in place of ball units (130) are respectively selectively inserted and mounted between every hinge portions (112, 112).

摘要： A conveyor chain comprises first and second links connected together articulately. The first links each comprise a link body, an article loading portion, and a pair of overhanging slats. The second links each comprise a link body and an article loading portion. The first and second links are connected together in an alternate manner at an equal pitch. The overhanging slats of each of the first links extend longitudinally of the conveyor chain along both side edges of the associated second link so as to surround the side edges of the second link. Articles easy to fall down can be conveyed and delivered stably in a crossed delivery conveyor.

摘要： Slats of a slat conveyor chain each have a multiplicity of drain holes distributed in a desired pattern, and discharge grooves formed in the underside of each slat along sliding surface portions facing guide rails of the slat conveyor chain. A treatment liquid, such as lubricating liquid or washing liquid, supplied onto a load-bearing upper surface of the slat conveyor chain for stable and damage-free conveyance of articles such as PET bottles, cans and so on is smoothly discharged from the discharge grooves through the drain holes without scatting around a frame of the slat conveyor chain. With this discharging of the treatment liquid, bearings and a speed reducer of a chain drive mechanism are protected against corrosion. The slat conveyor chain can, therefore, operate reliably over a long period of use while keeping the surrounding environment against contamination with the treatment liquid.

摘要： A conveyor chain having fewer parts is disclosed. The assembly and decomposition of the chain conveyor and the removal of the ball and the like can be easily performed. In a conveyor chain 100 in which chain links 110 having article loading portions 111 on which articles are loaded are adjacently, endlessly connected with each other with connecting pins. Between the hinge portions 113 disposed on one side edge of the article loading portion 111 is formed a U-shaped cutout portion 115 having a ball holding inner peripheral surface 115a, a free ball 130 inserted between a hinge portion 112 of the chain link 110 oppositely adjacent to the U-shaped cutout portion 115 and the U-shaped cutout portion 115 is rotatably held by the ball holding inner peripheral surface 115a and a stopper 140. The upper and lower portions of the free ball 130 are protruded from a surface of the article loading portion 111 and a lower end of the link portion 114, respectively.

The link with top plate 2 may be made of plastics by integral molding of a synthetic resin material, at least one high-molecular weight antistatic agent, and, optionally, at least one sliding agent.

摘要： To provide a conveyor chain, which easily can laterally discharge articles conveyed by the conveyor chain and easily can make U-turn and in which a count of parts of the chain links forming the conveyor chain can be reduced and the assembly, explosion and parts replacement and the like can be easily performed. Free balls 131 protrude from both the surface and back sides of the chain link 110 and are free to rotate while held in the chain link 110. Either the free balls 131 or ball holding portions 132, which hold the free balls 131, is made of polyacetal while the other is made of polyamide or polyester.
